Parmatown location is the best! Never have any issues except for the pothole your tire gets stuck in at the pickup window. Its like nastalgia from an 80s movie! (Thats how long the pothole has been there). Any Parmanian who frequents here knows what Im talking about. π€£Note to owner, a bag of cement is like $4, couldnt get any worse. π

Ive eaten Roman Burgers since I was a little kid and now I am almost 50 and this experience was great from the girl that answered the phone super sweet and polite the manager great and the sandwich was fantastic so happy I picked this mr. Hero and so happy that were back to maskless ordering and picking up food!

Mr Heros has great tasty subs. My favorites are the Romanburger, Hot Buttered Cheesesteak, and Orginal Italian cold. Gotta get the waffle fries with cheese too! Id definitely recommend π

Always a tasty sandwich. Employees need some customer service training on greeting & thanking patrons. The location near State & Snow is less expensive. I only visit this location when I want/need to dine in.

Worst drive thru service I have ever had and I have been there several times . I will be going to a different one from now on...I did speak with the owner the next day and he totally understood and made everything right with me

Have always love the origin Italian sub. Now too many options as to ingredients, toasted or not etc. Just want the original Italian sub, like the old days lol.
Multuple times our orders from the drive thru have been wrong or incomplete. Usually we check and catch it but nights like tonight when Im driving alone I didnt check and got burned for it.

They are slow and hire below average people, however its usually correct and the big plus is this place has a drive thru!!! Typical over priced mr hero stuff and it isnt in the ghetto but they sure make u feel like it could be. Giving it a 4 for the drive thru, fairly clean. I do eat here...

Would you like to be overcharged for something as simple as a sandwich? Do yourself a favor and keep driving/walking past this place and head into Giant Eagle. Buy all the components necessary to make your sandwich. You will end up spending around 15 bucks on everything but you will be able to have at least 3-5 sandwiches of the same exact quality (if not better) that Mr. Hero would provide. For a decent sized sandwich Mr. Hero will charge you around 10 bucks, and it isnt even that good. Its decent but if you want a good sandwich you feel like overpaying for then just drive to penn station. Either do that or go to a Subway for a significantly better price. Whatever you plan on doing, just make sure you skip this place.

Two of my co-workers ate non identical meals during our lunch hour on 3/22/17 at approximately 12:15 pm. At approximately 12:45 pm, both co-workers became violently ill and started vomiting. They both developed fevers and other symptoms indicative of food poisoning. The Cuyahoga Department of Health was informed of this incident.

Unable to order at drive-through. Was told to wait (not one moment please, but youll have to wait). I decided not to.
Service was terrible. Went tgrough the drive through. First asked for a #3 combo she did not ask what kind of drink, size or if i wanted cheese for the fries. I had to ask for each item in the combo after asking for the combo. The fries and churros tasted like cleaning chemicals and the churros were burnt. I highly suggest if you visit this location to go inside and ensure ypur food is properly being prepared and in good tasting condition.
Took 10 minutes for a sandwich and fries, got a soggy lukewarm mess that wasnt even what I ordered. The attitude they gave when I asked for the right sandwich was free though, classy

Just order chicken bacon & ranch sandwich meal had craving for waffles fries with cheddar cheese look in my bag there no cheddar cheese sauce you have pay .95 cent thought the sauce come with the meal this is the worst Mr. Hero
