They were so well staffed and super friendly!The only thing I frowned on was all the in store holiday savings advertised but persons at registers had not a clue. It was through out the store for Friday ONLY take addition % off.. we are use to it basically and our items were in need so we happily paid but surely would gave enjoyed more savings.

Toys R Us is connected to Babies R Us so its like a one stop shop for all your kiddies needs....well sort of. I recently went in and tried finding a couple Wii games and the shelves looked a little bare. Im assuming its because of the holidays so Ill have to check back again later. The customer service here is pretty good, speedy checkouts, and a huge selection of toys.

Big sales right now. A lot of it is for little kids- like 3-5 years old. If you have a kid in that age range I highly recommend checking it out. Otherwise its pretty ehh.

This is usually a good Toys r us. Ive never had a problem here. They have everything in stocks. Sometimes its messy but thats to be expected.. Its a toy store.

Store has gone downhill. Very little staff around, however when they are some are wonderful some are there for a paycheck.Prices are really steep.

Nice store. Looks small from the outside. Its sad these places are going bankrupt. Its nice to have the kids see and touch the toys and it gives parents a chance to check for quality, too.

This store is pretty much in a state of decline. Once a first-stop store for childrens toys has now turned into an expensive, and pretty low quality toys. Anything created especially for ages around 4 isnt mean to last. And when you get to the toys for older children, or even video games, Bestbuy or Amazon are great and much cheaper alternatives.

The people working here are morons! They told us we could do layaway after 5 on thanksgiving. When we got to checkout they said not until 8 because they were busy (standing in front of the store making personal calls on their cell phones). Got back there at 8 and they told us they couldnt do layaway until 10 because they were busy (still standing around at front of the store on phones, and having personal conversations). Dont waste your time or money here!

Go in Early! I had the store practically to myself. Lots of helpful associates. Overall, not bad for 3 days before Christmas!

Went two days before Christmas. You would think it would be a mad mess but for the first time in a long time. People where very kind and the workers there where great . Great job toys r us .

Went here Thanksgiving night. Was extremely organized and was able to get in and out fast. Friendly and helpful staff and store manager.

Tons of options, reasonable prices and deals. Friendly accommodating staff. Never have an issue. The one thing I would like to see though is a facelift. Its not an inviting store by any means. Its probably why we only shop there once a year and not more. It has an ancient, dark entrance design that IS a turnoff. Its filled with flourescent lighting and a dirty unattractive ceiling. The floors and checkout lanes are also showing their age too.

Great store for the kiddos but its definitely a little run down and aged. Customer service is great though!

What an awesome store loaded with amazing toys Barbie dolls bicycles you name it for kids they have it also dont forget about the clothes section enjoy your day

Toys R Us is a mixed thing for me. When I was a kid they stores seemed much better laid out and had better prices and help. Today the stores are set up really strange and you can get lost. And if you have a kid with you who wonders off its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They do offer alot of toys of course and I do find things I want to buy but they are still expensive and they dont have any good deals on the popular items. The electronic section is terrible so we avoid it. Better off at Best Buy.The help seems limited at times since you can wait around awhile for any. But they are very friendly so Ill give them that.

Its where childhood dreams really do come true. Each and every time I visit Toys R Us, it makes me feel like a kid again. It will be missed greatly when its gone!!

Almost everything is 50% off so its a good time to cover birthdays and Christmas if you can find things your kids actually want.

Its mostly for kids, but does offer some teen games and video games which always gets me excited, good over all.

EVERYONE there is totally rude and know NOTHING about their products! The only person i like there is Jacquline . Very VERY helpful and will take her time to help you with any questions you may have, but the manager likes to force the employees to rush with customers. So my suggestion is to ask if Jacquline is working so you can be helped the right way. She helped me with some early Christmas shopping and let me know ahead of time what batteries i needed etc. and took the time to ask about my childrens interests. All the other cashiers AND the managers suck and want you IN AND OUT! TOALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Had the MMPR toy I had been look for for twenty three years. Not a big selection of collectibles, and only one register is ever operational.

If you find yourself looking for a toy and are unable to find it elsewhere, Toys R Us is usually the place where you can find it, or something darned close. This ones proximity to a pet store makes it an ideal place to go with the little ones (children, that is).

The employees here were very rude. They had really good sales and I was able to find most of the things I needed.

A great place to shop for toys.

They have done improvements, but the store is still ran down. I wish they would clean up the inside, outside, and shopping carts. Their POS system is often slow and has issues too.

They have many good items but allmost everything I have bought here has went back because it was broken or missing something I have probally returned 15 or 20 items

5 stars when it was open. Now 1 for its impending doom.

Nothing really left. Bought a nerf gun, got it home was broken. No refunds or exchanges.

My main gripe with this place is the outside of the building- this is a suburb, not Hough, Compton, or Washington Heights -could you please hire a company to paint or power wash your building? It looks terrible!

Lots of people working and can actually help you find items youre looking for. Clean.
