We bought many expensive Simpson Strong-Tie products to build a new covered deck. Due to COVID, it took us about six months to be first be allowed to do non-essential work, and second, to find framing carpenters. On site, the roof design changed, so three of the expensive Simpson Strong-Tie products were not used. Imagine my shock when Connectors Only refused to allow a return and refund! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, even though they regard their customer service as 100% satisfactory, its not. Even though they say they have a return policy, they dont. Given COVID and the difficulty in construction here in Canada, you would think that they would treat customers with some level of respect. Very disappointing.
