This little jewelry store is fantastic and the customer service is amazing as well. David was the one who assisted me. He was extreemly helpful and knowledgeable. You cannot get this kind of excellent service in one of those box jewelry stores. I will definitely be back.

I have purchased all my jewelry at Always & Forever Jewelers . I have worked with these people since they were back in the mall. I have always found them to be open and honest with all of our dealings . The quality is always what they said it was and if there was ever an issue they have always been ready to correct it as soon as possible . Seeing a negative review seems to me that the person making the review didnt know what they had and the police seemed to agree . My wife and I would not shop anywhere else . We send all of our friends and family there and two of my kids shop there now also . Great place, Great people, Good value .

This is the second time I’ve had Always and Forever Rhodium dip my engagement ring and the first time they’ve done my wedding band. My husband also had them resize my engagement ring before he presented it to me. I also had them solder my rings together. Prices are exceptionally reasonable and they always perform the work in great time. They’re very friendly and service oriented and have a wonderful inventory of beautiful pieces. I highly recommend!!

I wanted to get a my girlfriend a ring for our anniversery. We went in there and they found her a ring she really loved. Unfortunately, we found out later they company who does their setting wasnt able to alternate stone types. Rachael came up with a wonderful custom solution so she could have the two stones she wanted in the ring. Besides that, all the employees there are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely shop there again.

This store is a joke. I took a 1.5 carat diamond in to get appraised. They sat there and tested and said that it was a highly valued diamond and authentic. We left it there to get appraised and 1 week later they call and say they were mistaken and it was a fake. Well little did they know we know diamonds and have testers as well. We went there to pick it up and they switched it with a fake diamond and said that is what you gave us. So basically they scammed us for a $15,000 diamond. DO NOT GO HERE they will switch your stones!

So happy with everything I have from them. Excellent repairs and service. Go nowhere else!

I bought my wifes engagement ring here 10 years ago and have been coming back ever since. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Every piece of jewely has been beautiful.
