Beautiful mall, just traveling there was a PLEASURE. TOOK THE BACK ROADS, ENJOYING THE COUNTRY SIDE, DIDNT HAVE TO SPEED BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS TAILGATING..!! All in all, visiting Mentor Ohio and the Mentor Mall was a beautiful memory. Would DEFINITELY return to such a lovely place.

Always a blast when going. Took our boys to build a bear for their first. And they loved it!

This mall is going down hill. Not a lot of name brand stores. The kids in here are not purchasing item, but causing trouble. Half of the bathroom does not work.

In the center of the mall there is kiosk that arches eyebrows (two women). They are wonderful. They use the string technique, but are very gentle. The woman that did my eyes name is Meegan. All utensils were sterilized. I highly recommend.

First visit at this mall. Lots of stores that I had never heard of. The Round 1 arcade is amazing. Everyone should check it out!

Ive been going to the great lakes mall for 15 years, I just love being there. it gives me so much joy to just see everything around me.

Cant say much about the actual mall. When I have tried to go, a Lot of stores were shuttered due to COVID-19. Maybe Ill try to go again when things are fully open again.

5 stars for the 35 years of memories. Spent a lot of time here in the 80s. Sad to see the state of malls today. Kids will never know the fun of searching through records and buying buttons of favorite bands or just hanging out with friends at the mall. The way I feel about the mall today doesnt really matter, so Ill hang onto the memories.

NICE CLEAN VERY FACILITYI HOPE THAT IT DOES NOT FALL VICTIM TO THE MONOPOLY AMAZON . THERE ARE ANCHOR STORES THAT HAVE LEFT. They have the best food court.

I feel like the mall is going through a rough spot and they are working to become better. With the closure of almost every mall within an hour of this one it is only attracting the weirdest people that NEO has to offer. I hope they transform the mall into something similar to legacy village but a little less bougie.

A lot of different things to do and places to go. We enjoy walking around and browsing and different items.We also enjoy going to Round 1.

I cant afford to shop here being on a fixed income. It is a nice, clean, organized store. You cant beat their sheet cakes for taste and decoration though.

The food court is such a joke. Social distancing tables making them all taken but NOBODY is cleaning them. The two people I saw “on duty” looked like zombies. I know I know Covid nobody wants to work wtfe they have jobs how about do them. What’s the point of spacing tables if NOBODY is cleaning them. I was looking for cleaner to do it my self. Then I remembered I had antibacterial wipes in my purse. You’re welcome full steam ahead doomed GLM.

I love this mall eventhough they are losing business.... this is where Ive gotten my wedding ring polished, eat good food, walk around, and shop for nice things.

Ate at the food court did not care for the pizza the staff were helpful and polite but the food not that good, eatable but did subway the next time. The young woman there was quick and put enough toppings on. I would stop there again. Spoke with two of the jewelry stores and got answers to my questions but didnt buy anything. One of them had a ring close to what I want but too much for what was in my pocket, I may go back, the sales staff were polite and helpful at both shops.

Nice mall. Worth walking into. Has lots of different places for any of your family members. Kids have plenty of things to do obviously under supervision of a family member but its still a mall... My favorite places here though are GIO and Box Lunch... Id enjoy the candy place if it didnt overcharge so much for candy you can get for a large portion of the price you pay there... Ooh and the food courts not bad either pretty clean from all ive seen... The bourbon chicken is the best though!!!

Always a reliable mall. Not too busy and every store is well kept and cleaned. Has less stores since covid started but they have a good selection for every age. Definitely recommend it with a group of friends

I visited Perfume Collection and they have a large selection. I made a purchase and found out later that I was charged double the price for my item. When checking my receipt I found out there are no refunds. I did not see any posting stating this, nor was I informed by the employee.

This mall is clean, it always has been, i guess its gotta better like all the other stores.

Seems like a fairly decent mall and has an ok good court. Definitely missing a few stores and seems like it is like most other malls in having a fluctuation of stores that dont last long.

The food is great! It cost a little less during dinner than the last place I reviewed in Beechwood which has the same menu. During lunch time the prices are about half the cost. They also have a sushi bar.

This is a really nice active mall, it’s very clean here and there’s so much to do here as well as so many shopping options.

Clean mall and nice food court. Jcp store has dust bunnies and their choices are less. Which is nice as room to move in aisles now. All the standard stores in mall.......Macys, Dillards, etc. Love the seasonal events.

Been there my whole life and has always maintained it place as a pleasant shopping mall as so many others failed.

I called ahead to the nail salon across from Planet Fitness, they said 30 min, it took us 20 min to get there. When we arrived we gave the name we gave over the phone they said it would be 45 more minutes. Terrible Customer Service

This mall is cool. It seems like its shaped like a T. The food court has a few choices including O Charleys, Chick fil A, and Subway. Forever 21 is definitely one of my favorites.

Not sure what to think remembering this mall years ago was so great..Used to look forward to Christmas at the mall..Christmas is on death row here and almost malls..Empty box stores.. Changing to entertainment, food and personal upkeep..ugghh...Sad!!!..

Fantastic mall. Was great getting out with the family to do some shopping. Delicious places to eat, a store for each member of the family and a clean safe environment. Took the mall train kids loved it. If your in the area worth the stop.

I have always loved mentor mall! Today I was bummed.... The food court was so so so gross and dirty. No tables were clean. With a pandemic you would think people would be cleaning the tables at least! The food choices are amazing.... But it was a shame my daughter and I had to eat in our car 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not that much to do if Im being completely honest.

There are not many malls left..too many online shoppers I think.But this mall brings all wonder, smells and joy of a well tended, superiority patrolled well lit spacious parking area.Seasonal flair in shops and decorations abound.Christmas has all finery decked out and filled with wonder.The food court offers snacks, ice cream treats, coffee, lunch and dinners with a good variety choices.The stores are well maintained, clean and inviting.The area around mall offers an abundance of shopping and dining choices fit for a king!Take the drive.malls are disappearing and this one will not disappoint you.

I love this mall, even if it’s about 30 miles away it’s an amazing establishment, but some of the stores are not taking COVID very well. Every time I come here I spend a minimum of 50$ and I can say money well spent. On my opinion I think that it could be better if you added more staff around the the corridors of the mall, and if you added another entrance off Baldwin. Otherwise this is an amazing mall!

A work in progress. Covid took a toll on all the businesses here some didnt make it. The outside looks deserted, parking lot needs some help but planet fitness is always busy.

Super nice Mall one of the best in the area! This Mall is very convenient a few minutes from the freeway and accessible from many directions. One of the nicest malls still in existence for this area. They have a wonderful food court with lots of different Cuisine selections. Most of the stores are open and functioning. Their staff are constantly cleaning and wiping down areas as to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Good court location is difficult to find from the outside

Great shops inside love all the food places,love the clearance sales,and love the newish charging locations. Remeber to keep the mall operating we must go to shop there and continue to shop there. We cant allow all our malls to disappear. These are the only places left to occupy our youngsters and create a hang out spot and it be enough to somewhat keep them safe and keep them from getting into trouble on the streets or in our neighborhoods. #supportyourmall#show♥️

I feel bad for malls, business owners within the malls during the pandemic. They are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Safety protocols are on full display and in full effect. I felt very safe coming here from Erie, PA.

They have lots of monthly activities for the kids! The annual Kid Show is priceless info & samples & crafts & contests! It’s always a great time!

Good but only had fun at the arcade, round 1. Not much selection for guys. Mostly girl stores. Still its relaxing place to be at. Food is alright. Drinks are kinda bad. Also I applied to gamestop and they never messaged me back. Rude.

I love to shop and go out to dinner. This place provides both for me. It has a variety of nice stores and restaurants for me to go to.

I just really love this Mall.. Service is always delightful and its just a great shopping experience all around.. 😊

Its been several years since my last visit to the mall. It was okay, a lot of vacant stores. I was in search for blue jeans but was not willing to pay $60 for it.

A nice mall with great places to shop, eat, and be entertained. Right now, on Saturday mornings, they have a small business show. A great way to support local businesses.

Good mall, even though mall are going out of existence.

Hard to tell where stores are. Not all stores on the directory boards. Nice variety of stores. Clean. Not enough parking. Better to go through the week. Weekends are crowded, especially during the holidays.

Im a west sider, and prefer Great Lakes Mall to (not so) Great Northern Mall. Parking is ample and close to the stores, my biggest concern now is Macys closing this location, and noticed a lot of empty spaces in this mall. Not so good, and this mall can use two anchors since Sears and soon Macys will be gone.
