I highly recommend cg auto body, my car was vandalized and scratched and I took it to cg auto for repair. They did a excellent paint job. The staff were polite and professional and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond and returned my car super clean inside and out. If you want a job done correctly and on time this is the place to go!

We had a minor accident that damaged a door. Insurance said it should be completed within 8 days. They were super kind when I went in and dropped the car off. My car sat for 2 weeks before they even started on it. There was a question about insurance but with a call to me it could have been resolved.Overall the work done was excellent. And they did try and make amends by detailing the car, which was appreciated. It was unsettling when I called and asked about my car and they said what car, we dont have that here. The work done was good. Just a bit lacking in customer service.

Good experience overall. My truck took a little bit longer than expected but they helped me out with the deductible so I honestly cant complain. Very satisfied with the work. Would recommend for sure.

Took my car to get my bumper fixed and painted. They also fixed my sensors, Came back perfect! Juan and his sister were very nice and welcoming really recommend them! He always made sure to keep me updated on everything and made sure everything was as I wanted! They also washed and detailed my car!

Car was backed into and got the gas side panel dented in and went to CG&E Auto Body. Customer Service was amazing!! Contacted me on updates for my car and had a fast service. Work quality is 10/10 and did everything possible to make sure my car would look good as new for a very long time. Car looks phenomenal and they even gave the car a wash and a detail. Very dishonest. Lie to get my business and then overcharge my insurance just for a small damage. Also, took almost a month to get my car back. Better luck elsewhere.

Went to CG&E during COVID-19 for a spoiler paint match and am very satisfied with the end result. The service, even during COVID, was very fast and error-free. My expectations were surpassed when the spoiler was color matched perfectly to my 2000 Toyota Camry. I took my spoiler in one morning, and by the next day the spoiler was dry and ready to be taken home.Not only that, but the spray paint used was one to one to the OEM finish. This body shop is not only professional but also does an amazing job with paint. I will 100% be coming back if I ever need anything done to my cars. Thank You!

The staff at the Merced branch were great. They got our car in the same day we called them. They were communicating regularly with the insurance and us on the status of our cats progress. It takes time for this process, but they keep us informed. So far the work that was done was top notch. Thank you Merced CG&E Auto Body!

Took my car in for insurance photos everyone was very nice and helpful, how ever the insurance company called me and said that cg&e auto body was claiming that the were storing my vehicle for me which was not true and tried to charge my insurance 2000$ for storage fees making the whole process longer for me to get a new vehicle, a good auto body shop would not lie to make money,
