I have nothing bad to say about this business. Abdullah was very kind and professional always. I had no problem with them answering their phone and they were always open when I went in. Well I been to this place quite a few times and can never seem to catch them open hopefully that will change the future but right now not so good. So Alshamm tried responding to this post but on the day I left this post I did not come to the shop. I am just a popular reviewer so when someone ask questions about a business I have to give my best answer and all the dates that I came you were not open. So fall back and lets not create an issue like Im lying on you because I dont lie. It is what it is. And I definitely will not be visiting this shop!

Great business owner who actually cares. From the beginning there was clear communications as far as time, price and expectation. I took the guy a sort of complicated problem and he went above and beyond to help me.Options for tech service in Merced are SCANT to say the least and I have taken my device multiple times to Action Computers and had it returned; misdiagnosed, or after many weeks unfixed, or worse yet returned unfixed but still charged for the non service.Go here, Merced.

They helped me fix my Iphone over the phone. I didnt need to go in or anything. My iphone was attacked by a virus and I didnt know how to fix it I called and they told me excatly what to do. I followed instructions and it worked. I was kinda worried at first and thought maybe I might mess it up. I asked the man over the phone what if I brought it in and he said Ill do what I told you and charge you 60 bucks. I didnt have 60 so I followed his instructions and it worked. He fixed my phone and saved me 60 bucks. If I could I would rate them more than 5 stars. Definitely recommend this places.

Nothing but crooks, crooks, and more crooks. I sent my macbook in this place BY MISTAKE with hopes to have it fixed and took weeks for them just to screw it up and had the audacity to include a guarantee that if anything was wrong with it they would replace or redo anything without any additional cost. LIARS! My laptop ended up with a part that was placed backwards and was also crooked and bent on a side. But they denied everything claiming to have known how the part went and its exact position. I corrected the person I was speaking with saying that this work was done wrong and will cause problems to the laptop later on but that person became ignorant and conceited claiming that no, it was I who was wrong. So, I took an EXACT same model just to prove that the part was put improperly. The guy came up with an excuse saying that the part couldnt fit the right way because it was somehow damaged so he thought the best thing to do was to unprofessionally maneuver his way into putting the part backwards and claimed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I lost a little over $100 but that doesnt compare to the price of wisdom by learning from mistakes and knowing which places to go and to avoid. What can you expect from cheap labor? You get what you pay. Now every time my laptop opens I hear a crack sound. None of them care. Of course, its not their laptop. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE. Anywhere but here! Youve been warned!
