Good furniture for a decent price

I called this place for appliance repair. They did not ask me the brand of my appliance. When I brought in my Appliance to get repaired they told me that they could not repair it because they dont work on my brand of appliance. I wasted a few hours of work to get this done when I could have avoided all of this if they had just asked me the brand over the phone. Waste of my valuable time.

This company was a joke!! They charged 300% make up on a part. They ordered the wrong part then said when they reordered it would be 4 to 6 weeks !! Then what really topped it Tony took my dryer apart and didnt put it back together. He assumed I was calling him back well that didnt happen. So with all that dont use them.

They have great service, theyll do their best to help you out with finding what you want to get. I buy most of my mattress and other furniture from their store. And they are very genuinely nice family. Its a family owned business store so its great knowing them! I can guarantee you can find great and high quality services and also many other things to buy in a good price, depending on what youre getting of course.

Amazing Service!! We we were having problems with our clothes not getting dry enough and called Sanchez Appliance. When the tech came out he instantly saw the vent line was too long and could not vent properly. Instead of charging us a fortune on parts, he was honest and helpful. He told us to run it with the vent disconnected and it would dry. He was right. I am now rerouting my vent line. Thank you!!

Need to update the advertisement prices on their signs so that customers wont feel lied to about their new prices when they go in the store. Other than that, very friendly service.

If your looking for quality furniture at a great price go to Sanchez appliances. I bought a California king pillow top mattress in 2008 and its still in tip top shape till this day and I have little ones that jump on this bed daily. They also have really nice durable furniture.

Had an urgent problem - came home from a holiday with our 3 month old baby in 99 degree summer heat to find our fridge/freezer broken and our food all rotten.I called Pro Appliances, no appointments for a week! I called Sanchez and they had our fridge fixed within two hours for $110. Life savers!Update: the repair didnt last 24 hours sadly. Which is fine, though I wouldnt have minded a refund for the $35 part.
