The bagels and sandwiches were good. Not all of them were entirely fresh however.

I never do reviews but I had to do one for this place because the workers were SO nice it made me feel the urge to write one. Whoever the brunette woman was on the register today deserves a raise, awesome customer service. Very energy in that store, fast, clean, and good quality.

Stopped here for breakfast after a nearby Dr appt and was quite pleased by the food. My son and I both agreed the breakfast sandwiches, unique twice-baked cheesy hash browns, and fresh OJ were all fabulous. Gonna stop here after going to that Dr from now on.

The man at the register and the manager were great here - kudos to them for the great service. Our sandwiches were solid. I like the new Eggels they carry - its a bagel shaped egg - akin to a sous vide egg or very soft frittata - it needs a little more flavor and the texture may not be for everyone - but I appreciate a high protein option in carb land!We miss Noahs, but at least weve got Einstein Bros....

It was good not great, felt like they just toasted and put cream, ordered Jalapeños cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese all the Jalapeños on the bagel are in the middle, bagel was not good, I was expecting Jalapeños should be spread across the bagel but they are all at 1 place, couldnt enjoy bagel as we though, this is just my experience but you might get a good one.

If your looking for bagels, this is the place to go. They have easily the best bagels I’ve ever had, and it’s great for a morning treat to help wake you up. I highly recommend buying the 12 bagel box on the sale day, because that usually lasts me a week of breakfasts.

Waited for service. No one greeted me. Was waiting for a couple minutes when a man walked in and was served immediately. I walked out since no one was willing to serve me. Will not return.

I usually like einstein but this one needed help. Soggy yet burnt needed more cream cheese experience on both of my bagels. Maybe it will be better next time?....

Edit:Original review 1 star.After writing my original review they reached out to me and apologized. The manager personally called us to apologize and rectify the issue. They covered the tab next time we bought bagels there. Although the initial experience was unpleasant, they the follow up interactions with them were good. They handled it well and rectified the issue.Original:Worse service ever. Ordered Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel. After waited for over 20 min, they gave us some cheese bagel with bunch of jalapenos thrown on it. When asked about it, we were told that the bagels we ordered were out of stock and that we have to adjust with what was given. Will never ever spend money at this store again. At least they could have done was to offer an apology. Instead they were so rude to us and behaved as if they were doing us a favor.

I stopped going here after four (honest) consecutive visits where they had no poppyseed bagels! I asked each time, and was told I needed to order in advance if I wanted poppyseed. I even called the corporate office to let them know— but no changes still. Started going to Blazing Bagels, which always has great supply, friendly help, and is locally owned.

The food is really delicious ! The bagels skirt the border between bagel and hearty bread - a lot fluffier than regular bagels and we liked it!We ordered some lunch specials - Mac and cheese bagel and green chile white egg. Served really fast.The only issue was -- we happened to have a first day trainee taking our order and it was during lunch rush. Management should have someone watching over the poor guy at all times to make sure he is serving customers the right way and not overwhelmed.

My first time here. I got the Sesame bagel, Jalapeño cream cheese with egg and cheddar cheese.Amazing for a quick bite!

If you like freshly prepared bagels this is an excellent choice with great smears and fresh lox, hum.hum good....had the lox bagel with onion tomatoes onion and capers on a garlic bagel...delicious

I felt uncomfortable here, due to the covid situation. Despite a state mandate that restaurants operate at 25% of capacity, there was a crowd getting orders from the counter. Six foot social distancing was not being followed. The staff member who was doing check out was wearing his mask below his nose much of the time to add to my uneasiness.

We enjoy eating out. Last night we found this fine place which friends recommended to us. We spent a delightful time there with very good meal and a nice team and a professional cuisine. We added this restaurant in our list and we shall certainly return soon. We warmly recommend.

Got them on a busy day, but they didnt pick up the call so we had to go in store and place an order, but when we got there they were out of most bagels. One of the servers was really rude (she also seemed tired)Hopefully it was a me catching them on a bad day and they can provide a better customer experience in the future.

The food here is okay. This place is always busy so I ordered ahead. When I arrived to pick up my food, I saw it was ready. I went to the cashier to pay, I told Jo##### B. that I had ordered ahead and she said you still have to go to the back of the line with everyone ordering. Theyre training someone new so it took another 10 minutes or so to get my food paid for. When they finally handed me the bag, I check the cheesy hash brown and it was cold to the touch so I asked for a new one. They work in sight of everyone. I watched them hold my bag in back and 5 minutes later hand me back the same exact bag without the courtesy of at least reheating the food. I get it...youre busy... but this is absolutely not acceptable.Received an email response from the same “manager” doubling down on their policy that calling ahead still means you should wait in line. To be perfectly clear, no where and I mean NO WHERE at any restaurant would you call ahead only to be told to wait in line with everyone else that has not yet ordered. The lack of genuine knowledge and professionalism shows here. You’re better off spending your money at McDonald’s across the street for that level of service.Also in the emailed response they mentioned the bag of food was still sitting in their office. I doubt it is true, but if it is then that doesn’t do much to help your case. Why would you feel the need to keep it? Health code violation?Keep reading for more drama.During my initial encounter, I snapped a picture of the name tag for future reference with their corporate office. I thought I had done this stealthily, but no harm done either way. Johanna then asked why I took a picture. I explained. She then threatened “okay I will just take a picture of you then.” To which I responded “you already are..” while pointing at the security camera right above her head. Johanna again threatened “so I’ll just look at the cameras later and look you up.”Okay sure. Go back to making my food please. (Didn’t say that, just my thoughts in that moment) but why try to make an ominous threat?Later in the email response, she claimed to have looked at the camera and say I placed the order and picked it up over 30 mins apart. I double checked my personal cell phone call logs and found that I had placed the order at 8:39. She said I entered at 9:57. Doing some math, that’s 18 minutes. Just 3 minutes past the 15 minutes they said my food would take to be prepared. Keep in mind I’ve placed many orders here before and they always say it will be 15 minutes and in my experiences it has never been less than that.Standing there steaming in line really did feel like 10 minutes. She claims it was only an additional 5 minutes or so. Okay. I’ll believe that. Not sure how that helps her case, but figured I’d at least concede on that one point.Maybe instead of wasting your time analyzing footage so you can make due on your threats to customers.... Maybe you could focus on customer service more? Or professionalism?

Always the best staff and food among st the other Einsteins! I spent two years working near by that shop and they know everyone by name, personalized orders and better yet, the staff will remember that!

I had a very pleasant experience with 4 great employees today. The young man that took my order had great suggestions. The woman who just had her knee replaced that was my casket was very engaging. They even delivered it to me outside! Food was just as good as the service.

Give yourself ample time as the management has changed this place. The new ordering system takes longer and overall you could be waiting for about 45 minutes after you place your order to receive your food. Hopefully they pay their employees well as they were working hard and dealing with customer complaints. Multiple people cancelled their order and I was close to doing the same just due to time. The food is the type you would expect for a quick in an out. If I have to wait 45 minutes for food I would not pay the prices for this place. Last time I spend money at this establishment.

My partner and I love coming here for early morning bagels! The staff are always super welcoming, the facility is clean, and the bagels are delicious! The only down side is that some of the customers can be a little bratty with waiting, but my bagels have never taken longer than 10 minutes to put together. Love this place!

They do a great job here serving great coffee and the bagels are the best. Pumpkin seeds toasted on bagels, brilliant. I love the turkey and cheddar on that bagel.

Surprisingly good breakfast sandwich - not cheap, but a lot better than what you get at a typical fast food place (Burger King, etc.). Im happy to pay a little more to get something healthier and tasty. No comfy chairs, so dont plan on lounging around. I was there for a weekday breakfast and it was hopping (between 9:30-10:30).

The bagels were unevenly toasted, but tasted fine otherwise. Despite being fully staffed and the place only moderately busy, it took over 12 minutes for them to get our order to us. Slice 3 bagels, toast them, then spread a bit of cream cheese, thats all that was needed.

Pretty shoddy service, and on a weekday morning when you’d think the staff would be more prepared! I ordered a drip coffee and went to fill it up- medium roast was empty, dark roast was empty, half and half carafe was empty. Then they forgot about my bagel order to top it off! Not a happy customer today.

This is a bagel store in Mercer Island, Washington. They sell a variety of bagels and cream cheese; however, they do not make or sell egg bagels or any vegan cream cheese. For those items, youll have to go to a competitor. The staff was generally nice. The process of ordering and paying is broken, though. You have to place an order at one end of the restaurant, then pay at the other end of the restaurant. A simple order and payment process would have been better.

I go here with my co-workers on the weekends and its always a good time. Coffee is great, and the bagels are amazing. I always get the blueberry bagel with a honey almond shmear. Its to die for!

The apple cinnamon bagel were ammmaaaazzzinnnggg! Fresh brewed coffee was delicious. But the one problem was the elderly lady who made my medium chai tea latte shorted my drink about a 3rd of the space in the cup. I ordered a medium and essentially got a small☹ but it was delicious!

I stop here every few weeks to pick up a bakers dozen bagels for the team. Never any parking outside so I take my chances in the QFC lot. Service at Einsteins is patchy. Often there are two or three workers doing something behind the counter, not sure what, so dont expect a welcome. Eventually you will be helped. Thats island life for you. I guess.

Oh Noahs Bagel... where did you go? This used to be one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch. And I always order the Nova Lox on a sesame seed bagel. Ive came to this location about five times since they changed their name to Einstein Bros Bagels. The more times I come, the more disappointed I am. And this will be my last time here until I see better pictures. After Einstein Bros took over the chain, they first took away the side dish and dill pickle. They claimed that it was cheaper, but it certainly doesnt seem like it was a fruit salad side dish and dill pickle cheaper. But todays order of two Nova Lox bagels was what made me to decide not to come back anymore unless I see significant improvements. The picture I uploaded is probably not as dramatic as you see it in real person, but first the size of the salmon was dramatically decreased to about half of the size I used to have. Second, the color of the salmon looked like they have chosen to use a source of lesser quality. Well, there was a less significant third, which I was ok with it, and it was I ordered a non toasted and the cashier repeated it, but they still have me a toasted bagel. So long Noahs Bagel. We miss you dearly.

Clean, friendly staff but my latte was terrible and my boyfriends mocha was made with the wrong milk. I watched the guy do this and asked if the order was correct. He gladly made another one and was very polite. However that mocha tasted really burnt. I asked for honey butter on the side of my bagel and it came dripping with a pound of melted butter on it. Not a great start to the new year for us!

Amazing bagels. Especially the garlic, onion and French roast! Plenty of options to choose from. If youre gonna dine in, get your bagels toasted before you pick them up.
