With the tmobile Tuesday promotion, I came to try out some ice cream and after selecting my icecream they said I couldn’t use the 5$ promo gift card because their manager didn’t accept it. This is a promo between tmobile and Baskin-Robbins headquarters, but the store is being CHEAP and making their own rule. I wasted my time and money, I wouldn’t shop there because if there are so cheap, that they can’t accept or honor a 5$ advertising promo, they probably cut corner in food qualify in order to nickel and dime. This store isn’t going to last long with poor management, it’s unfortunate.

Like others have said, the owner is the worst. Go on the weekends or nights when he isn’t there. Family bought an ice cream cake for us and told him we would pick it up AFTER noon. I arrived at 5 and he said he canceled the order because I didn’t pick it up AT noon. I didn’t know ice cream cakes required a doctor’s office-precise appointment. Anyway they still had it in the freezer since no one else bought it first. But it was still very overpriced. The owner always has a bad attitude and you can scroll through the other comments for more evidence of that. I get that times are tough but maybe try spreading some joy through your ice cream and not being stingy and acting like you hate life? I hope this guy finds some happiness.

Good ice cream but as many people mentioned, the owner (don’t know their name) serves way to little samples and scoops for the same price. Other than that, good variety of flavors.

This location is fine, as long as its not the owner who serves you. He doesnt want to give out samples, and when he does, its a tiny sample, filling up 1/4 of the sample spoon so you cant actually get a good taste of the ice cream. As others have noted, his scoop sizes are tiny as well. If my son didnt want to stop by here, we wouldnt have stopped. Had he treated us better, we would have ordered more than we did.

A nice clean Baskin 31 Robbins location. It was clean and neat. The 2 young men working there were very pleasant. Very convenient on Mercer Island. On site parking is a big plus.

Debbie is super friendly to kids wanting to try ice cream flavors and to parents tryong to use a coupon. All the flavors we tried were very good and the birthday ice cream cakes looked amazing. My kids could not stop talking about 1 they had at a party recently.

As someone who use to work here back in high school, I would not recommend eating here. The portions are far too small for what you pay for, old ice cream always gets shoveled back on top of new barrels, and I have never seen them replace or clean the candy casing.

The first time I went someone who looked like the owner gave me the smallest amount of ice cream while barely filling the cup. I got a banana barge, a choice that costs about $8 after tax. I gave it a second try and this time a teenage employee used an old mushy banana that I regretted as soon as I got home. After that I decided I would just buy my own as I would get twice as much ice cream and fresh bananas for half the price. Not worth the time and pretty consistently disappointing for a Mercer Island location.

My kids love this place. I wish they had more dairy free options.

So many wonderful choices! Happy staff, free parking and a clean store, with ice cream cakes in stock. This place is a smilemaker. :^)

What can i say...its an ice cream shop...why google has people asking if it has vegetarian food or pasta shows that people are idiots. If you cant figure it out when you go in...you should not be allowed out in the world.

So, now I know why small businesses like this goes under. My wife and I called around town to different locations of baskin robbins to order a birthday cake for our grand niece. Her 5th birthday is this weekend. After my wife made phone calls to different locations on Wednesday, I found the number to the Mercer Island store, she called to place her order and was told it would be ready for Saturday pick up. So, today (Saturday) i go and pick up our Ice cream birthday cake and of course they dont have our order. The guy (asian) said we didnt place an order. My wife has a record of her conversation with the associate. The guy probably the owner didnt even apologize that they dont have our order, and said that we didnt place the order. I worked retail for over 20 yrs.and customer comes first. And if this owner/ manager continues to screw their customers, Im sure they will not last too much longer. My wife is so upset because she promised her grand niece that particular ice cream cake all year long. Thanks as$&@#€ Asian guy for nothing.

Depending on whos working, its either you get what you order, or you get what you ordered, but 20% less if that makes sense. The manager tends to give less than what you ordered. Small scoop-kid scoop. Large scoop-medium.
