Pemi Glass provided all shower enclosures and mirrors for my bathrooms in our newly constructed house. They also provided the glass for the cabinets in the kitchen. They are wonderfully dependable when shower doors need adjusting, delivered quality products in a timely manner and easy to work with. (They even gave me a squeegee and glass cleaner for each shower enclosure. The glass cleaner is the best I’ve ever used for keeping the glass free from water marks.) You can’t go wrong with Pemi glass! I have no complaints.

Food was excellent and staff was very accommodating, on a very windy date, where we asked to be moved from outside to under cover. Service was a bit slow, but, totally understandable under Covid restrictions and big lunch time crowd.Will definitely return.

Recently had Pemi Glass out at our house to measure 7 thermopane windows from the1980s that needed to be replaced due to fogging. Three weeks later they were back to install the new glass. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The installer, Dave, did a great job and I will definitely use them in the future.

I have had 2 triangular windows, large bay window, 2 side lite windows, octagon window replaced AND large glass panel installed in a new walk-in shower installed by Pemi Glass.They did an outstanding job and were great towork with. Did the work I requested and they promised, when they said they would.Have a brother who was in the glass business for over 30 years and he recommended Pemi Glass!!

This place is a joke. I am telling you do not waste your time and money on a place like this. We spent 160 on nothing. They had my car for a week and did not even fix the problem that needed to be fixed. I just moved to this area. I highly recommend going elsewhere to save your time and money. I have been to a lot of places. Customer service should always be key. Horrible, horrible service. Do not waste your time.

Ive gone to this business for broken frames as well as making glass table tops for some formerly unusable tables and they have been helpful, quick, and done correctly every time. I appreciate that over the years the service remains reliable.

I suppose they do good work but their prices are higher than I would want to try.

PEMI GLASS IS A RIP OFF!!! THEY HAD MY DAUGHTERS CAR FOR OVER A WEEK TO SUPPOSINGLY TAKE THE DOOR APART TO FIGURE OUT WHY HER WINDOW WONT GO UP.THEY SAID IT WAS A REGULATOR SHE NEEDED. I PAID $160 OVER THE PHONE THEN THEY DECIDE TO TELL ME SHE ALSO NEED A SWITCH.AFTER I PAID THEM.WHY COULDNT SHE THE OWNER TELL ME IT NEEDED A REGULATOR AND A SWITCH THEN HIT ME UP FOR $160? IT TOOK A WEEK TO GET THE REGULATOR THEY SHOULD OF ORDERED BOTH REGULATOR AND SWITCH SHE THE OWNER TELLS ME IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER WEEK TO GET A SWITCH IF THEY ORDER IT. THE PEOPLE THAT TOOK THE DOOR APART SHOULD OF KNOWN IT NEEDED THAT AS WELL. WE GOT SCREWED BECAUSE THE WINDOW STILL DOESNT WORK!!!!!

For two octagonal exterior windows I called and discussed the job to replace an existing window where the seal broke. They said they knew my condo setup and it would require a crane. Sounded like a massive job but I could find no one else in the area. So 3 mos later checked in. No date promised. So I checked in 3 months later. No date. So I checked in 3 months later. Still on the list. Then I found top notch glass doing another job in my development. They ordered my window. Installed. No crane. Just installed from the interior. Maybe Pemi specializes in other jobs. Surely not the job I needed. I wish they would have just told me up front. Massive waste of time dealing with Pemi.
