Jerry is the real deal. We had a seven year old plasma TV, and we were looking to upgrade. Jerry came to look at our current set, and to discuss our plan for an upgrade. We met for a couple of hours and decided on what was best for our needs, and what would fit into the space we were planning to house our new “ larger “ device. We decided on a 77 inch Samsung and Sonos surround sound speakers. Jerry took care of ordering all equipment and having it delivered to our home. Within one week Jerry and his associate arrived, set up all the new equipment, and moved and mounted our old TV to a wall in another room so I could use it to play workout DVD’S. Jerry arrived about 9:30 AM and did not leave until after 6 PM, contacting Sonos headquarters a number of times to insure all aspects of the sound system worked correctly. You will not go wrong with this company.

I couldnt be happier with the work Jerry did for me on my high end home theater system. He came to Waterville Valley in person to discuss the enhancements I wanted to make to my system. His recommendations of Sonos wireless speakers and Logitech remote were spot on. The installation was flawless, including some difficult integration of Apple TV. I now have fantastic wireless sound in my office and on my deck, and I can control everything from my iPhone! Jerry is a keeper and I will recommend him to my friends who want a professionally installed home or commercial A/V system.
