What a gem! Beautiful, high quality furniture! Such a warm and inviting atmosphere! Exceptional customer service!

I had purchased a number of items in the past. I was going to make a purchase today but decided not to based on poor customer service and a sudden change in policy. I was advised by the managing partner that the policy had not changed and must have been bent in the past for me and she was going by the book. I received a phone call apologizing about 20 minutes after leaving on the hour trip home but it was too late.

A fantastic local furniture store specializing in amazing country styling. All of the the hickory furniture is absolutely gorgeous. Stop in if you are in the area, you will love it.

Great find. I cant wait to get home and check measurements. Sales person, Kim, who happens to be the manager was super helpful. I am hopeful that we found the buffet we have been looking for and customize the colors.

Really good quality tables here. Bought a table for playing games with a stump base. Beautiful quality. We went back and bought our kitchen/dining tables and chairs as well. The service is great with both Kim and Peter being super helpful and patient with us.

Walked in to see the store. Walked out with a beautiful craftsmen chair.

I have many bird feeders and many bird houses that I have gotten from this store and they are so well made that I know they will last for years. I bought a futon from Country Cottage Furniture yesterday. I was very happy, not only with the purchase of such a beautiful and comfortable piece of furnishing, but the customer service was unbelievably amiable. The price was also the best price I had seen anywhere else; and I had researched many places before finding this store. My husband and I just drove in with our truck and paid with our charge card over the phone and the workers at the store loaded it in for us and we drove away. I recommend this store to all of my friends and family. I give them a 5 star rating.

Looking on websites for desks and they only had 2 styles. Visited in person last year and the prices and selection especially with lake and camp furniture, cant compare to GM Furniture.

Have purchased many nice items here including lamps and unfinished furniture. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and everything has been high quality.

Its really nice inside with alot to look at unfortunately we didnt see anything that we would like in our home but there is alot to look at for others who have a different taste in furniture so give it a look.

I have a wonderful experience with them .. I could be their client however .. they have realized they did not have what I was looking for .. it was close .. however they have said .. we know exactly what you are looking for and therefore we want you get what you saw and remember and liked and we did not want you to settle on any less .. therefore they gave me direction where to get what I was looking for and I did. I love CC. if you havent been then u are missing out big. They have the highest quality real wood furniture I have seen in my life. They also do the finish/paint on site and it has always been immaculate. I usually have them do a 2 tone like black paint w a maple or honey wood finish and it looks awesome. The furniture is solid as a rock unlike the particle board stuff you buy from Walmart or most other places this is real wood and real craftsmanship and itll last a lifetime. They also have things from Yankee and other candles to knickknacks, coat racks, bird houses and anything to hook up your home. They offer a wide variety of different styles, wood types and have things that are very budget friendly and up to the top shelf master crafted pieces. The business is also family-owned and full of very nice people which is a plus. The salesmen and woman are not pushy at all which I appreciate. Ive been to places that clearly work on commission and you get pounced on as soon as you walk through the door. This is not one of those places. I would recommend this fine establishment to a friend... or somebody on Google

Excellent 1st experience. Excellent service. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff. First impressions/experiences are so important as well as follow up, service and communication. They checked off all the boxes. I found Country Cottage in NH online while searching for made in America quality log/rustic furniture, which by the way is kind of hard to find last minute. Laura responded quickly to my email. She had what we were looking for and could accommodate our pre holiday deadline. Bonus! Then, I followed up with another email and again her response was prompt and she answered all my questions. Second bonus! So the next day we decided to drive to the store to check it out. We got to meet Laura and Kim and they were equally as nice and pleasant in person. Best part. The showroom is amazing .. so much great quality inventory. Really unique too which is exactly what we wanted. We were like kids in a toy store. Suffice to say, we found everything we wanted and more for our new home. Now we await delivery and set up. Stay tuned!

This furniture store is a gem. We have bought several pieces - bookcases, chairs, work tables, hall tree. Excellent quality on custom made, solid wood furniture. A little pricey but worth it for the quality in our opinion.

Always have what I need!

My husband and I are thrilled with our furniture from the Country Cottage. It may take a little longer to get but the quality and craftmanship is worth the wait. Wish we had known of this store when we moved to NH in 2002! AAA+++

Great sales and awesome furniture

I stopped by today to shop. Did not know for what, but I bought a few lamps. The owner let me park there to watch the memorial motorcycle ride for Fallen 7. She even invited me to watch from their furniture displayed out front. Thank you for supporting our veterans.I will be back.
