I can’t say enough good things about Nick and his team. Their product and service is of the highest quality. With all the pandemic delays, Nick kept us posted and showed concern for us. Colin did a great installation. He was informative, efficient and had the new door installed in no time.Living on a state road we see a fair amount of daily traffic and since installation, we have received numerous positive comments on our new garage door.

These guys are fantastic! Nick always responded very quickly to questions and requests and he went above and beyond by having someone handle some carpentry work to make our new garage doors look amazing! We contacted ODO to replace two worn out and out of date door openers. The service was excellent. Greg ( installer) was professional, fast and informative. The old opener was very loud and we anticipated the new being very quiet. When the new opener first operated it sounded just as loud as the one removed and significantly louder than the second door. Greg said he would report this to the owner Nick, which he did that day and we were contacted that evening by Nick. Nick suggested we wait a week and if there was no change he would replace it. There was no change and Nick was true to his word and Greg was out and replaced the opener. i would very much recommend ODO to anyone.

Best experience ever with a contractor! Inquired through there online form and had a quote in two days. The quote was not a lot more than buying it at HD or Lowes and doing it myself. Had a brand new door in 3 weeks and its perfect. Thanks Justin! Your the man! Awesome job!

We highly recommend this company. We recently called Overhead Door Options to discuss replacing our residential garage doors. We are fixing up different parts of our house and have needed to call a number of different contractors. Every one of them is busy, and most of the folks we have called take at least a week to call back. Most of them cannot even schedule work for many weeks.So we were surprised when we received a call back from Nick Leighton, the owner, the very same day. He was able to come out to our house the following day to look at our doors and to make recommendations. We had a proposal with estimates within a day or two. We weren’t sure what style doors we wanted and Lindsay, Nick’s wife, used photographs we had of our house and photoshop (or something similar) to show us exactly how the house would look with different doors. Our house is contemporary and the style of the door was very important to us. Because of the work that Lindsay did, we were able to make a choice with confidence that it would enhance he appearance of our house.When the doors were installed, they turned out great. In fact, they really made the whole house look better. Everything about our experience with Nick and Lindsay was positive. We had maybe three phone calls with them and they either answered our calls, or when they were not able to, they would call us back right away. I was very impressed with every aspect of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs new doors or motors.

We just replaced our two garage doors, and Overhead Door Options came through every step of the replacement process. They were highly responsive and got the job done on time and per the initial quote. While there may be a long-term difference in the doors that Im unaware of at this point, their price (based on CHI doors) was by far better than the other quotes (for Garaga doors) I received. Highly recommended!

My gargae door actually lost one of the rollers and hund loosly on one side for over a year. Nick and his team at Overhead Door Options are responsive, relieble, professional and their product has made me the envy of the neighborhood. Dont go anywhere else.

I had dealt with Nick over at our store in Tilton, NH. It was a large commercial sized door, and it had failed on us. In a short matter of time, Nick had the problem diagnosed and fixed. We were back up and running in no time, and for a great price. I would highly recommend this company.
