Ive been struggling to get good service in the area. Local motorcycle dealerships only offer inspections on a first come first serve basis two days a week and then only if the one person they have to do inspections isnt out. Since the dealership couldnt take care of me, I called ACME on a Friday morning to see if there might be more reliable availability. Wayne told me he could help me after 2PM so I told him Id be there. He asked for the make and model of the bike, which I thought curious. Unfortunately, due to an issue at work I couldnt get there until 4:50PM. I needed the sticker and I felt bad I was keeping them late on a beautiful Friday (80+ degrees in May). It might as well have been an inspector inspecting their kids bike at 9:00AM on a Monday. The technician came out and went over the bike with a fine tooth comb and told me exactly how much life I likely had on tires, brakes, cables, and pointed out which fasteners I should be checking. He asked questions about handling and braking that were specific to known issues with my make and model and offered up advice on maintenance. Clearly they did their research before I rolled in. Usually I feel like I am paying an inspection fee to the state just for the right to ride my bike legally. This time I feel like it was money well spent getting an informed second opinion on where I stood from a safety perspective, and what I should be planning for maintenance wise for next season.

Back in January bought a bike from Wayne it had relatively low miles with a lot of aftermarket parts and was supposedly gone through a serious inspection and the owner/Wayne was super nice enough to let me store the bike at the shop until this May when the decent weather got here! When I went to pick up the bike and drive it for the first time on my way home my battery cover down by my leg keep falling down not a big issue but that’s just my little hint of evidence that they never even rode the bike themselves otherwise they would have taken care of that issue so it didn’t happen to whoever bought the bike and my biggest concern and huge let down in the professionalism and most importantly the HONESTY and INTEGRITY of this whole company the bike I purchased with aftermarket high flow air cleaner and aftermarket slip on pipes the bike was NEVER tuned after adding those parts to the bike. Riding home for the first time I was bucking and lagging in the lower RPMs of each gear so I tell Wayne about my issue and he says he will look it over and fix this issue and get my bike dialed in the way it should be because I was under the impression a 3k mile bike should not have any issues and my bike was in his possession for about a week only to be returned to me the exact same way I dropped it off to him except I now have an empty tank of gas LOL however I did get a $450 tuner from him and now I will be doing a lot of research and trying to get this bike tuned properly. The point I’m trying to make is that buyers please be aware always do your due diligence. People are always out there to make a quick buck and will tell you this that and the other to do so. I have Heard very good things about acme motorcycles which is why I chose them to be my motorcycle dealer But this was my experience with acme motorcycles and I want other buyers to just be cautious and hope nobody else goes through the same thing I did!

Im from hayward California, I purchased a 2007 harley Davidson fatboy from Wayne at ACME choppers,and I am absolutely very well pleased what he says in his brand is 100% TRUE when the bike arrived it looked exactly like it should have no damage during shipment and like he says all of his previous owned bike are gone thru completely, all fluids changed,and lots of other mechanical things, he and his highly skilled associates completely details the bike I couldnt be any more pleased thank you ACME CHOPPERSJohn lee

I went in to see if they had a clutch pedal cause mine stripped. They didnt have the same one and for good reason, mine was junk from china. So they went out of their way at that moment to go into the spare parts section and find, as well as put together, a HD one they had. So awesome! These guys definitely know motorcycles and cars too!
