Has a great selection of picture frames, but seems under staffed. The staff was very friendly, but hard to find. And they only had one register open with a line a people.

This is crazy in prices but if you get a great cashier like I did and she helps you out with letting you know there is a coupon online is a huge plus regardless the prices are crazy I always come back because the art supplies is beyond expectations

Michaels is a great place for craft supplies. The folks here are very quick to help when needed. This is usually the first place I stop for supplies because they usually have everything I need (the things they dont are oddly specific).

Great sales on gift boxes and wrapping paper, however, they dont carry journals with graph paper anymore and that was the main item that I needed. So unfortunately I have to go to another store.

This is a great Michaels and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My 11yr old daughter and her friend just did two separate 30 minute craft sessions that they really enjoyed and only cost $3. The key with shopping at all Michaels stores is to be sure to use coupons which are always available on their website and app... typically 30-50% off! Otherwise they are way overpriced, similar to Kohls and their coupons and Kohls Cash.

I have frequented this location on many of occasions and the staff there have always been friendly and go the extra mile by giving suggestions whenever I have questions for a project. It is very rare for them to actually have really long lines but on occasion it does happen.

Lover the store. Filled with many crafts. My granddaughter had her birthday celebration at a Michaels store. It was fantastic and all the kids had a great craft time.

I love to craft therefore I love Michaels! They have everything I need to make anything I want. They offer classes so that you can learn to make new creations as well. I get lost when I go to Michaels. I wish I had the money to try everything I wanted to in the store. Im sure this goes for all you crafty freaks out there! LOL!

A jewelry for everyone

Went in to look at decoration options for my upcoming wedding. Looked at the silk flowers for over an hour. They had a good selection, but we were never offered help despite being there for over an hour. The store was not busy while we were there so I hoped someone would have come over offering assistance.

The worst possible outcome is to have a customer walking out unhappy for the experience. At the check-out, I am charged full price for everything my daughter needed - then as we walked out, I see A STACK OF 30% DISCOUNT COUPONS FOR TODAY right at the end of the check-out. Ouch!!! Should I have returned the whole purchase? I just dont want my daughter to wait another twenty minutes while I fight it out. Amazon wins again!

I like the Wallingford location but I prefer the Berlin Turnpike location. The location is great and close to pther places I like to go to. I recommend Michaels for all your crafting needs!

Large store stocked with wide variety of quality and different types of DIY crafts as well as handcrafted wreaths and floral designs. Also includes a custom frame site. Merchandise is beautiful and varied-full price is expensive but coupons and discounts are often available. Knowledgeable staff and friendly service make frequent visits a must.

Has everything a crafter needs! I usually come for crafts for my 7 year old. And of course I get lost in there looking at all the other great things.

Macys. A great store with something for everyone! They also have a discount area upstairs which is great and at a great savings! I go during the week when its less crowded and always find something!

No paint, tie dye, or wood working kits. Covid hit the craft store hard!

This place has the real deal as far as art supplies go. They also have a wide selection of quality art & craft items. Here is my irritation. The prices are very high. They often have coupons but the coupons are often necessary to bring the prices to a more reasonable level. I did find out that they will match Amazon Prime prices but I found out only after pointing put the price difference to an employee. Lowering the overall prices would be much better than playing the high price need coupon game in my opinion.

Funny thing about a store like Michaels- there is not one single thing there that you NEED. Not one. And yet, this time of year the place us MOBBED. I was getting craft kits for a work party ( not a necessity) and man it took over an hour to get out of there. People complain of having no money, and yet will overspend on garland, candy cane hooks, snowflake headbands, reindeer lights, etc.I know, Im a Grinch.
