I purchased two ATRIUM White 760 Sieres Twin Casement windows from Lyon & Billard in East Hampton, CT. I have called Lyon & Billard six times over the last month and requested service assistance with a window that will not open. The windows were installed by a professional and the Building Inspector told me that the windows are installed correctly. Lyon & Billard is not providing service assistance.

We bought windows from L&B and they are terrible. The seal between the glass leaked within two years and the windows look dirty .Everything we purchased from this company is disappointing. When there’s a problem they don’t respond to the complaint. I would not recommend buying any building supplies from this company.

The loaders and forklift drivers that unload are extremely rude with attitude.

I had a good experience with them. They came in $500 cheaper than the closest competitor and delivered early. Will def use them again.

So disappointed its not funny. I thought this was a good place to go based on reviews and word of mouth in Meriden. Oh!!!! boy was I wrong. I was told my order would be delivered on Monday here it is Tuesday 4pm still not delivered. I call and get the song and dance we are short handed. Not once did they say sorry even give a concerned feeling of messing up planning and labor. I will get my crappie Home Depot wood if I need it from now on. Thanks for wasting my money and time.

Delivering Building materials with a message...

Bad experience. Dont go there. They charge me one price, I paid cash for the order then called me back and told me it was going cost me more money supposly they didnt have the material on stuck. Then I decided to cancelled the order. I went back with a Baby on the car and its half hour from my house really took me longer cause of traffic. Got there and I was told they didnt have cash and I had to come back tomorrow you gott to be kidding me what kind of business is this. ???? Omg. The staff was careless and rude . Dont go there this place is not worth it .

I was so happy to find that (including delivery charge of $10,00) was about the same as if I could get a truck ride to Home Depot. Since the wood I need Is of a lesser price I am very lucktyt o get what I need delivered

This place is a Joke. Takes over a month to get your money back if you return a product they have. Which they keep all lumber out in the elements.

Outstanding service and very accomodating .
