Its annoying hearing employees complain about other employees not doing their job. Also dude who wears his tattoos out is pretty annoying. Always trying to drum up a conversation and talk. Matter fact lol hes the dude who likes to complain about other employees in front of customers. Shut up and just do your job. Honestly, machines would be better.

Very nice employ Good coffee that said avoid this place last nights there are a few bad apples that will approach you for money or to sell you drugs. Unless thats your thing😂

The Broad St Meriden, CT location is awesome. A great place to get inexpensive coffee and beverages. The staff is always great and friendly to me while there. Would recommend to anyone getting gasoline or looking for a late night snack (try the pizza slices and the milkshake machine).

A great place to fill gas and buy cheap coffee. I always drop by at this gas station for a nice cup of hot coffee. Always clean and the staff is very courteous and friendly.

The last few time I came to get a hot chocolate all I get is a very little bit of hot chocolate and a lot of water to the point it looks like hot chocolate but tastes like water

I would give zero stars. I just wanted to let them know that the coffee wasnt as hot as usual, no big deal. But instead of them doing anything about it they totally dismiss me and tell me im wrong and I mustve added too much cream lol. Next time just take the customers feedback and apologize that its not to their liking. This is customer service 101 not rocket science. Thet really wanted to stand there and argue with me about the coffee. Also the manager named Kanard or Kedeer is terrible at his job, he was singing and dancing behind the food station but then wants to argue with customers. Very professional my man.

Great tasting coffee and very inexpensive! Only complaint is that you must check your lottery tickets before you leave especially when the night shift is on because one of their young male employees watch the winners and will pocket your new tickets and give back the old ones!

This was the cleanest Cumberland Farms Ive ever been to, great staff and very very organized. Very pleased!!!!

Coffee always great snacks always fresh hot and cold food does not sit longer then time aloud all hot food I have got was made at time of order with in 5 min the employs are EXTREMELY PATIENT CONSIDERING SOME OF THE MORONS THAT GO IN THERE
