The store manager Erica is amazing! She provided me with great customer service and helped me locate my item in the store. I will definitely be coming back due to her!

I would like to put a big 0 star!!! Pharmacy staff very rude and disrespectful unprofessional over the drive-through window like get it together especially the supervisor name Sue the one with the white hair lady they need to fire her she don’t belong in the pharmacy section or being a supervisor Smh. she need to go home in take that rudeness and disrespectful nasty attitude over there, not with the customers in this is not the first time we gotta deal with her at the CVS west Main Street. Meriden ct.

Pharmacy department: Excellent customer service. Excellent follow through with any issues whether insurance or acquiring prescription from the patient’s clinician. Timely notification when prescription is available for pick up or if there are any issues that needed resolution.For photo department: Zero star! And I don’t like giving bad reviews. But this one is intolerable. My one year old grandson needed a passport photo. First of all, we had trouble looking for someone to assist us. Then there were 2 staff who approached us and right off the bat, when we told the photo in charge, he already said it can’t be done! Very negative attitude about the job at hand. Not even a “we can try” attitude. He said that my grandson won’t stay still, that our hand holding him will be on the photo and it will be unacceptable. Not even a recommendation on how we can do it right! Why is this man even in-charged of taking photos? He said he did this a lot of times(related to taking passport photos of babies) and it never worked. Well, shouldn’t he be replaced then and put in charge in other departments? I insisted to at least try. Then when he agreed to try, the camera battery was dead. We patiently waited. Then when he was about to take the photo, he did it again! He said, “I’m telling you now it’s not going to work. You can go to the post office and have it done for the same price.” What in the world would you send a business elsewhere when you are supposedly offering this at your establishment? What a disaster and waste of our time! To my irritation and annoyance, we just walked out of there and went to Walgreens up the road where this very pleasant and accommodating lady took the picture effortlessly.

All I know is one of them better step up to fund my next baby if I get pregnant since the pharmacy tech decided to not tell me my new antibiotic could interfere with my birth control when I picked up the antibiotic a week and a half/ 2weeks ago but then decided to tell me yesterday when I picked up more of the same birth control ..

I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 + years. They have had good people and rude. I never have a problem with them. I like having this local pharmacy.

I stopped going to the pharmacy here because of the head pharmacist. I don’t remember her name exactly, I think she had glasses. But I had brought in my prescription and they told me to wait 10-15 mins so I waited (expecting they would call me up) when the head pharmacist saw me waiting and told me to come up she made a very slick comment to one of the girls working in the pharmacy and laughed. It took everything in me to not go off on the both of them. So I stopped bring my prescription here, and went to another cvs. Get a more professional head pharmacist please!

Incredible pharmacy staff! Often busy, but handled well even with what seems to be a short staffed store. Keep up the great work!!

Dropped off script at 3:45 they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so i decided to come back a few hours later instead. came back around 7 and they said it still wasn’t ready and that it would be about 5-10 minutes so i came back 10 minutes later and the young woman at the counter said one moment and then walked away and was just wandering around chit chatting and ignoring myself and the other customers she could have taken care of since i still had to wait. Finally got my script another 10 minutes later with an attitude from the young woman i believe her name was Jeanelle.This store always has terrible customer service ESPECIALLY in the pharmacy department. Every one seems very confused in the pharmacy and never has a clue what to do. They really need some serious help and some better customer service.

There kind and nice

Everytime i go to this pharmacy the techs are rude, and short with customers. Its not just towards myself, its all customers. They are always short staffed and never patient or kind towards the customers. We pay your paycheck be nice to us!

They have crappy service. They never fill your prescription on time like they will send you a text message and when you go there the prescription has not be filled yet.

I should give a zero star for my experience today.

They are not as efficient as they used to be.

Perhaps the worst experience at a pharmacy. Strung me along for about a week saying they would have my prescription on a set day twice. Did not have it on either of the days. When I asked for my hard copy they had to find it.

Its the worst pharmacy I ever seen in my life and I will never go back there or send anyone there

The staff is rude and the store smells like urine.
