Decently price for quality of products. Like all thrift shopping, the longer you look, the better the bargain. They rarely have sneakers that are not worn down significantly. Maybe they should take a bit of more time to dust the shoes prior to shelving them. Would recommend.

I think this is a great place for the bargain shopper with some time to spare and patience to explore the racks. They have wide variety of offerings aside from clothing and shoes. If you sign up to receive their emails and rewards program there are opportunities to shop ahead everyone else.

Great customer service. CSR on sales floor & cashier pleasant & courteous. Store well organized, clean, prices, a little high for for a thrift store. Considering merchandise they receive is free.Yesterday was 50% off for members. Overall I was happy with my purchases, good sale.

They have great deals, amazing prices and very useful things for around the house. Their customer service is very good and I love the fact that they get everything donated to them, theyre a nonprofit organization and they also donate to 3rd world countries. They are doing an amazing job at everything theyre doing, keep it up savers 👏👌💪

Thought it was a great place but unfortunately found out not so much I do a lot of shopping here for donations ect even for my self I’m here practically every other day I spend thousands in this store yearly found something that brought me great memories I wanted it needed it they refused to sell it to me because there was no price and was told that they can price it 3 days from that date left them my name and call back number was told I’d get a call never received a call and my item was sold first of all all this stuff is donated you got it for free and you won’t sell it because of what ? No price on it anyway lost out on a great costumer wont be back

Left a pair of glasses there, called in the morning to see if they found any glasses. Described the exact pair of glasses that I was looking for and they told me they hadnt. Gave them my number to call me back if they found anything. I went in later in the day just to double check and there they were, up on the merchandise rack. If you cant decide if its merchandise or not then maybe you shouldnt be selling prescription glasses. Almost lost them for good because a worker didnt check when I asked them to. Thanks Savers!

Know what kind of store this is. Fantastic place to donate stuff, but I prefer donating to places not-reselling it. As for purchases, they have very very good deals. Savers members get 50% off on certain days which make the deals unbelievable.Large store, lots of product, good variety. Shopping for XL or larger is difficult here, but any size below has lots of selection. Remember to check clothes very carefully before purchasing and I reccomend washing them thoroughly before use.

Clean and well organized. Great selection of products and housewares. Always a good time browsing the shelves.

Dont waste your time at this Savers. The store is filthy and unorganized. The employees dont know what theyre doing. I was told by the employee at the jewellery counter that hed bring my items to register 6. I waited in line for 20 god damn minutes only to be told that my items werent there. The cashier suggested I go wait ANOTHER 20 god damn minutes in ANOTHER register line to check if my items were there. I left my carriage and promptly left the store. Such a waste of time. I will never shop this store again!

I love Savers, they have the best deals for business clothes at the best possible prices. I like to visit several different spots and always find stylish outfits. The staff is helpful and the stores are nice and clean, unlike some other big name thrift shops.

Prices are pretty high for a consignment store. Half the time i can find similar clothes for sale at similar prices BRAND NEW in other stores.

Very friendly staff, very cheap items of good quality. Nice atmosphere. Good place to go if youre in a budget and need some essentials.

This store is massive. There is definitely a tremendous selection here that is very carefully organized and sorted. Its not hard to find something youll like here. But I still wish they wouldnt charge so much. They are all for profit and no donation so why so much. You get the stuff for free!!!!! Lower the prices!!!!

Savers is downright the best large scale thrift store our there. Individual prices on clothes that are insanely cheap, sorted neatly and cleanly, and crazy deals for donations! I always get 30% off the already bargain prices just for donating a few bags of old clothes!

Bad experience i had today in the store.i found a plate mark with yellow ticket and another ticket for 100 dollar and i think is 50 cents is the yellow ticket but she rells me is a tag sale and dont sale the plate and donate to savers and she want to charge me a dollar even in the tag sale dont sale in 50 cents.prefer goodwill cheaper and very mice people

Nice selection of clothes sorted by sizes. The music was play SO LOUD that made it difficult look through.

The costumers services its the worst they do not have good stuff. There its a Hispanic tall guy he does speak Spanish and everyone how ask for help this guy say he dont know speak Spanish. I know he its a Hispanic because I heard speaking Spanish he is funny.... and be careful with security guards they are hunting for Hispanic people they think everyone how come to the store is going to shoflifter... they are extremely stupid and disgusting...

The first time I went to Savers thrift Store in Meridan CT at Chamberlain Highway,I got a pair of Dkny dress shoes for $4.95 Us Dollars.Then I got skirts,blazers,braws,corsetts,panty hose,coach bag,and other brand name bags for good prices.Awesome.Its my Favourite Store now.I love it.The staff is very friendly

I love love love this store. Staff helpful, and happy. The store is clean and well stocked. Im sooo disappointed you left Waterbury. Meriden or Bristol is about a 25 min drive for me. LOVE that you have dressing rooms. Love that your racks are well labeled and set up by size. Makes shopping pleasurable. Returns are NO hassle if tag stil on. I have One complaint (yes I am the Capri, shorts lady. Lol). I cant understand you sell sleeveless shirts and Ts, Bathing suits ALL year but I cant find shorts or Capris in Jan. Feb. That is a HUGE vacation time for some. Semester breaks, school vacas, retirements, people getting away from this horrid New England weather. You would definitely add to your sales and make lots of peeps happy. Love that you give % off cards for donations that you make, along with your fair pricing.
