I ordered a fence in May. They said it would be unstalled in early June. Early June came and went and no one called me. I called and left a message and no one returned my call. Mid June I finally reached someone and they shared with me that I am now scheduled for end of July. My question was when was someone going to tell me? He reply was I will talk to someone during our meeting this afternoon. The lack of communication is the reason for the 1. I feel like they can do better. This is suppose to be a business.

Cornerstone just completed a fantastic installation of combination vinyl/chain link fencing on the very difficult (sloping) terrain of my property. They did get a bit backlogged late last year and could have communicated better with customers waiting to be scheduled. However, it was worth the wait. This was the third fencing company I had consulted for this project and Im very glad I went with them for the fine workmanship, knowledgeable personnel and competitive pricing.

I have been going back and forth with this company for months because I already sent in my 50% deposit.This was a good amount of money for me to expend and I have no idea when or if it will be installed this year.Customer Service is extremely unresponsive/unhelpful. There were several occasions in which they told me, to follow up with them in two weeks, vs. them following up with me on the install date.They came to install the fence, as they started taking it off the truck I realized it was the wrong material (required by our Condo Association). The Owner called me and ordered the correct material but now it has been a nightmare to get it installed. They told me that they were trying to line my installation up with another in the area and they would get back to me when they knew a date. They have not gotten back to me. My next step is to request my money back and report them to the Better Business Bureau.Ive never experienced worse Customer Service.If they are able to rectify my experience by giving me a call and scheduling an install date, I may be inclined based upon how well the installation goes to update this review but until then, this is an accurate representation of my experience so far.

Fantastic!! Great company to do business with from start to finish. We love our fence.

I thought we were happy with the service and fence Cornerstone put up for us in July....but today topped everything. Our home is an 1872 Victorian and we have a St Bernard. We wanted a fence that complimented the home and allowed our dog the freedom of the entire yard. Cornerstone delivered a beautiful fence with excellent service. From the salesman(Steve) to the guys who put the fence up, everyone was great. But last night a person driving way too fast, lost control and plowed into our beautiful fence. I called Cornerstone immediately. Even though we had a snow storm last night Steve was here in the morning. He took all of the information for the insurance estimate and then called the guys who came over IMMEDIATELY and put up a temporary fence for the dog until the ground thaws enough to fix the real one. We are so grateful to all of the folks at Cornerstone. And so is Julie(our dog!).

We walked in and no one working in the showroom had a mask on, it was just uncomfortable. If theyre not even wearing masks while working, what else arent they doing?

Had Cornerstone Fence come and provide an estimate for fencing. The price was very good, and the turn around was amazing. The team of people were in and out in about 2 days. It looks great and has held up very well for the couple of years since it was installed. Thanks to John and his crew for such quality work

Cornerstone installed a fence for our HOA several years ago. The fence has held up great during the winters and hasnt shown any signs of weathering. The staff was very timely and cooperative during the install and their prices were competitive.

They just finished our fence and it is lovely. Neighbors are very impressed.
