He was super knowledgeable, and helpful. Once we had an idea of the bike that would fit me best Tanner helped me with the finance side of things to see what credit union would be the best one for my budget! This is a great place to bring your bike no matter what you ride. Brought my HD in with a tire issue on a sorta hard to find tire size. They didnt have the exact tire size in stock(200/50/18) so they tried to make a size 210/50/18 work. When it wouldnt seat, they called around trying to find one in that size. After they couldnt find one anywhere in Boise. They found a really good used one for me to get home!!!! (Im from Pocatello visiting family) SO FOR ME IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AT SNAKE RIVER YAMAHA. !!!!!LIFE SAVER!!!!

My bike broke down on the highway about 27 miles away. I got it towed to Snake River Yamaha late Friday Night hoping that Saturday morning they could take care of my bike so I could continue with my trip. I am from California and was riding to Sequim Washington. Without an appointment, they could see I was stuck there and was in a jam. They took care of my bike first thing and I was up an running within an hour. I was able to catch up to my group before they reach our next destination in Washington. I am grateful for the service department and the gentleman that new the suffering I experienced the day and night before being stuck there alone and not knowing my fate. Thank you to Snake River for excellent customer service and care.

I called SRY about my 660 grizzly leaking gas. Said they were a month out on appointments and suggested I bring it and see if they could get it in. Next day my ATV carb was rebuilt and running great with no leaks! THE NEXT DAY! Thank you Kirby for getting it done so fast!

Beware of the service department. Charged me 500 dollars to rebuilt by carb and service a Yamaha Wolverine. Machine will no longer run at mountain elevation. 4 months out to fix a problem they created. I will no longer promote this business nor will I spend another dime at this location as they dont stand behind there work. Go to Carls Cycle Sales where the repair department treats you right.Steve, you are incorrect again. As I dont ride that 4 wheeler very often I drained both the tank and carb as I do with all my machines for storage. Has worked for me since 2006 without a single trouble year after year. I brought the machine in for a repair on the choke cable as the machine ran perfectly fine besides that. The first time I road the machine after your repair was with fresh non ethanol 91 octane gasoline. I expected with the high cost associated with the dealer that I would not have to go through all of your work myself to make sure it was done correctly. I also thought I would be in good hands going directly to the dealer. What I received was overly priced poorly performed work at best.

These guys were very helpful with getting me the parts I needed and the information to do the fix on my bike. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Way better than trying to figure it out on YouTube.

Clean store and well organized. Different areas for different things, like luggage, clothing, etc.There was one worker out front who looked like he was helping a customer with a test ride or something similar. When I went in two more were standing and watching the worker out front. One of them asked me if I needed help, but they seemed more interested in the front parking area.Something odd was that no one was wearing a mask. I know that the moratorium has been lifted but all of the other businesses that I went into had customers and workers wearing masks. Second motorcycle store that I have been into this week where no one was wearing a mask and standing in close proximity to each other (Less than 6 feet). It is like the people who work and frequent the stores seem to think the pandemic is over.

***Update 7/14/21 Not only did our X4 purchase and service go great, but I just picked up a 2021 Kodiak 700 from tanner with 1 phone call! Easiest place possibly to do business, would recommend tanner and the snake River crew to anyone I know! Also prices are very competitive, I have 2 Yamaha PW50s on hold with tanner and they are 10% cheaper than the yamaha dealer in caldwell.Purchased my 2021 Wolverine X4 here and had a great experience, I now have it scheduled for the first service, hopefully that goes as well as the purchase did!

Went in looking for a 50cc dirt bike for our 4 year old. Was only told Oh, we dont have those right now. That was it, end of discussion. No info given on when they might have more, if they could order some, eta, prices, warranty, nothing. Wound up going to Carls Cycle where, without asking, was given all the above listed info. Wont be returning to Snake River Yamaha.

Snake River Yamaha is an amazing dealership! I just got my 2021 Yamaha Tenere 700 from them and they got me one of the very first models in the country. Their staff is very knowledgable and helpful, no typical high pressure tactics, they take good care of their customers. Jeremy is my Sales Rep and he took great care of me in the preorder process. I bought a new Grizzly from these guys and everything went super great. They were no nonsense, super relaxed, and very easy to deal with. Unfortunately, with how supply is low and demand is super high, you kind of have to take a leap and put a deposit down on something you’ve never seen before. I was not disappointed! Austin called me afterwards when another person’s Grizzly came in, so I could at least see one in person. When mine came in, I got a text from Austin with a picture of it in the crate, fresh off the truck. It was in my garage 24 hours later. Had them install heated grips and I felt the install rate was super fair and well worth it! When I’m in the market for a bike or other powersport, I’ll definitely be back! Thanks guys!

I spoke with three people over a couple weeks including the service manger about tires for my TW 200, they all assured me that they had what I needed. They did not and could not even get one. I wasted two hours of my life as a result of their incompetence.

For the second time after returning from a winter in Arizona I took my Razor to Snake River for tune up and evaluation. Shane Scott helped me decide what service was going to be best for me. Once again I had them do their 50 point inspection which is a real bargain.Shane is a pleasant and helpful service man. Always offering assistance when i was confused about how far I needed to take the service. Always patient and never condescending when I showed my ignorance with the mechanics of the side by side. Recently purchased my first ATV from Snake River Yamaha and could not be happier. From start to finish they were great to deal with. The salesmen I dealt with were Jason and Jeremy and both were very helpful and courteous. Likewise with the guys in the parts dept and the nice girl who helped with the paperwork. The whole team impressed me.To be honest I was a bit skeptical on going to their dealership from the reviews I had read on google but my experience was top notch start to finish. Snake River Yamaha and Staff was Amazing. They treated me with total respect and Courtesy. They took really good care of my Motorcycle when it was in service. That is where I bought my second motorcycle. If I do upgrade my motorcycle that where I would purchase my third motorcycle. They take really good care of their customers. I recommend them very highly.

Dishonest staff and murky business practices. I bought a motorcycle here contingent on them replacing the fork seals because they were leaking. They told me it would take a week to order the OEM seals and they would get my bike in the shop then. It took them three months to finally do the job. When I went to pick up the bike they didn’t even reconnect the front speed sensor. It was dangling by the wire and rendered ABS useless. This could have killed me if I needed to depend on ABS. Also, they ended up using the cheapest seals available. They used All Balls seals for the job and my fork are once again leaking less than 6 months later.

Jeremy at Snake River Yamaha was amazing to deal with. Went in today to check out the MT-07 and 09s and he was very easy to deal with. No pushy or obnoxious sales tactics, he answered all my questions and let me make my own decisions on what bike was right for me. Not only that, the price he gave (in writing, by the way) was way less than I expected. The experience was so good that we called back later that day to reserve the bike and he actually put the bike in their trailer and drove it to our house and we did all the paperwork in our kitchen after they had already closed. What else could I ask for? Honestly, looking forward to working with them again and would recommend anyone looking for a good deal on a new toy to give them a call.

Firstly, the experience I had here was nothing short of phenomenal.I dropped by unscheduled on a Thursday morning because I hoped to swap tires out during a cross-country tour. They were kind enough to work me into their schedule and did a fantastic job mounting both front and rear.Also, earlier that day I had purchased a rear tire from another shop and was fully expecting to have to be there first thing Saturday for a chance at installation, leaving it there for said purpose. But SRY had someone go out there and retrieve the tire I had purchased elsewhere to install on my bike which was currently being worked on.Frankly, that in itself is incredible customer service and I can’t be more thankful for their exceedingly accommodating behavior with my unusual travel situation.Simply the best service I’ve ever encountered. I work at a motorcycle shop back home and this experience really sets a high bar for what I now consider above and beyond customer satisfaction.Thank you all so much! Will be back!

They rebuilt the carburetor on my Vstar 250 for a song, and the bike is running again like a champ. Helpful folks, even with odd questions I threw at them. As Arnold says, Ill be back (but in a good way).

A mix of great sales help and bad tempered curmudgeons. If you get a curmudgeon, ask him to fetch a decent human. Im assuming the rude ones are family of the owners...? Why else would you keep them on the showroom floor?

Austin W was able to make the process unbelievably smooth and was helpful even after the bike was sold with DMV/ financing questions. The bike was delivered to me by Kirby in excellent condition. Would highly recommend this dealership to a friend and will likely be back in the future.

Your staff is extremely rude. Not one person acknowledged me when I came in and the two guys at the counter acted like they are way better than me for some reason when I probably make three times what they do. I noticed them snickering at me when I walked up, must have been because I was wearing a mask, no one else had one on showing lack of concern about your employees and the public. That was the second time those two acted like jerks. I had a 4 wheeler serviced there as well and was overcharged for replacing a battery, and it took three weeks. I will avoid this place at all costs.

Excellent service.This is a followup to my review posted last week. I live approx. 500 milesfrom Snake River Yamaha. With that said, it is not very practical from me to visit the dealer with questions and issues I have with my new side by side. My only option was with the phone. After returning home and using my new machine I encountered a few issues that they needed to address. I listed them out and got back in touch with my sales representative Jason Roberts via the phone. Jason went to bat for me by addressing and getting resolution to all my issues. The resolution required them to send me a missing tool box and a replacement winch cable. The needed items were immediately shipped out to me at no cost. I am happy to say that this dealer is definitely customer oriented. They continued to provide excellent service to correct the problems after the sale. Again, I would recommend them to my friends.

People at the desk were great. I had carburetor issues, they were not addressed with the 300.00 bill I incurred. I would have rather been charged for a new carburetor. The desk is super the shop not so much!

Had a great experience with Doug and all the members of the service dept. staff. They replaced the chain and front and rear sprockets on my 2003 Hayabusa. Doug helped me select affordable and quality parts and got me set up with appointment and the mechanic and service department got me back on the road as promised. My experience buying a new Wolverine from Snake River Yamaha was one of best buying experiences I have ever had. They were the closest dealer to me that had the unit I wanted still in stock so I did the whole deal over the phone and it was easy, fast, and there were no surprises. I live 300 miles from them and they met me half way at no extra cost to deliver my machine. The paperwork was in perfect order, etc. Jeremy was my salesman and during the buying process he made suggestions that were in my best interest, including picking out accessories and so forth. I would highly recommend Snake River.

The floorsmen here are really chill, they always keep me talking longer than I planned.They never try to get you to buy something expensive with some bull**** story. I would tell them my price range and what I like and they would go as far as to suggest things under my price point. Absolutely great place. They always answer your questions fully. Youre never hounded or followed by a salesman. And their parts department is top notch. I usually cant find parts cheaper online for my two Yamahas and since Im going with them I know the parts will fit. And Dennis is service area is great especially for info on older bikes.

Ive never bought a bike here, so i cant speak on their sales/deals, but i recently started using them for service, parts, and tires, and i couldnt be more pleased. Even when they were mostly booked out for service appointments, they told me if i came in first thing in the morning, i could get tires and service right then and not keep my bike all day. Ive gone in twice in the last month or so, and both times was out within an hour with fresh tires and a clean bike, even when i was late the 2nd time. Everyone in the service department was super helpful and friendly and engaged me in conversation like i was an old homie. Prices were decent too. Like 350 for brand new tires, mounting, chain lube and service. Probly wont use anyone else again. Thanks yall.

I have done business with Snake River Yamaha for at least 25 years. The guys there are very friendly and knowledgable. They are willing to go the extra mile too. I remember a time when Curtis, one of the owners and also the parts manager, came down to the shop for me late on a Saturday night so that I could get the parts I needed for a race the next morning. It is hard to beat service like that! Ive never forgotten it. I have bought 5 bikes from them over the years and have always felt like they treated me well with both the purchase of the bikes and the parts to keep them maintained and ready to go. Stop by and purchase your next bike and parts from them. You will be glad you did!

I had an issue with pricing on some parts for my motorcycle, but they reached out, worked with me and completely resolved it. Ive never had a company actually try to get a hold of me to resolve a situation like they did. Im in awe of their customer service and understanding. I had initially reviewed as one star and they tried to get a hold of me that day to get an idea of the situation and fix it. They have completely changed my mind. They were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Looks like the recommendation from friends who have gone their was well deserved. Great, streamlined process for new bike purchases. I dealt with Tanner and there was no pressure and no distractions; he helped explain the bike (TW200), pros/cons, and options. Paperwork was quick and easy, and the tdub was accessorized and ready for pickup within a few hours.

We had a great experience with our visit to learn of the options for a new side-by-side. Tanner answered all our questions and set us up for an on-site test drive. With service like we experienced, we will be back when we are ready to purchase.

Gotta love a flat tire on a Friday morning. Came in first thing in the morning and the service guys happily fit me in to get the flat fixed on the front and throw a new tire on the back. Great service and quick turn around. Excellent bike shop!

I was told the wait time was about 3 weeks for general service work which would give it back right after memorial weekend. dropped it off and was called in less than a week to pick it up. Also the total charge was within $5.00 of the quote given. parts that were replaced were provided. couldnt have been easier.

My wife and I had bought a polaris general new from a competitor only put 71 miles on it in that short time the warranty had expired on a recent trip to the Oregon coast hauling the polaris in the enclosed toy hauler tied down the driveline completely came out making it un drivable and with other issues we recently purchased a new Yamaha YXZ side by side and are very happy it is a blast to drive, thanks to the help of our salesman Jeremy and the staff at Snake River Yamaha was very fair on trading in the polaris and would recommend them to anyone!!
