Treasure Valley Collision evaluated my car and made sure it was drivable. The tow company they recommended, Boise Valley Towing, delivered my car from the south end of town. All in the span of 2 hrs. 20 min. ~ I was finally on the road to MT after dealing with another towing & collision company for a WEEK. I HIGHLY recommend both of these companys!

Jordan was amazing to deal with. Everyone I came across was so polite. My vehicle was scheduled for 2 weeks. It was done in a week. They washed it,vacuumed,did windows and cleaned inside and out so nice. I feel they went above and beyond. Highly recommend them .

I got rear ended the 1st week in July, It is never fun to be involved in an accident, the process can be very inconvenient. However Treasure Valley Collision made the process as smooth as possible. Aaron was always helpful and friendly and my car came back looking great!!! The repairs took longer than expected but it was absolutely not their fault, parts and supplies in general are so delayed and on back order and nothing ever gets here when expected. I will definitely use them in the future should the need arise. Thank You!!!

My friend and I got rear ended and we needed to get our back bumper fixed/replaced. They mentioned it would only take 2-5 days to get our car back all fixed up and clean. After 5 days and no response from them we gave them a call and asked what the updates on our car would be. They didnt answer the phone 3 times. The next day we called and they said it would be ready the next day at noon (wednesday.) It is now Wednesday at noon and we gave them a call on when it would be ready and they mentioned it might not be finished until Friday but that they could get it done by Thursday. Mind you, this is to fix a scratches and warped bumper. They promised to fix it in 2-5 days (broad window to fix a bumper, but thats ok) but turns out it might be done after 10 days.Poor communicationPoor at meeting their deadlinesI have no doubt that it will look good though. They mentioned they would hand clean the car inside and out which is nice.Below are some pictures of the damage that needed to be fixed.

I hit my dads 2000 F250 in the driver side door. TVC made the door look new again. The paint match is amazing and their customer services is great.

I was in an auto accident in November 2019, caused by an uninsured motorist. Not a good situation from any angle. I chose Treasure Valley Collision Center for my repairs because they were close to home and had good reviews, and they did not disappoint!Nate kept me updated every step of the way and was kind and courteous each time we spoke. Auto accidents are never fun, but he made the process so simple and quick. When I got my car back it looked good as new.A week after getting my car back, one of my tire chains snapped (up north driving in snow and ice), and it coiled around the plastic parts of the fender lining. I took it back to Treasure Valley Collision to see what they could do. Nate fit me in and I was back in my car all fixed up in only a few minutes.These guys do great work and have the best customer service you can find.

The quality wasnt what I expected. I even told the manager that I knew the owner. That didnt seem to matter to him. When he thought that our van was done he acted like he was in a big hurry to get me to sign off on it. I figured he must be on some kind of commission. Anyway I found a spot of paint on the front of the van that was sanded off by them and he tried to tell me that wasnt part of the accident. The new paint went right up to that spot and then bare metal. I had to get angry before he would do anything about it. I also asked them if they would fix another small ding not caused by the accident and I would pay for it. They agreed and then just painted the dent and never fixed it. The damage to my van was just a left front fender, but all the airbags deployed. It cost over $10000 to repair a 2012 town and country. They also damaged the steering wheel with some sort of clamp. I told them I was in no hurry for the van because my wife had two other vehicles to drive. I will not be taking my pickup that I just dropped my 5th wheel on by accident to them.BTW this happened 4yrs ago. Ive had several back surgeries since then so I move a little slow.

He was very professional and contacted me throughout the whole process to keep me informed and to ask for my okay first on everything. Ray even saved me $250 on my deductible. He ordered me a used hood yet was displeased with it and sent it back and got me a new one. They were done on the date he promised even. I really appreciated them!

I have taken my car to Treasure Valley Collision Center in Meridian two times in the past few months for two seperate crashes. My insurance company tried to get me to take my car to another preferred shop and I decided against it since it was on the other side of town. I am so glad that I did! The guys at TVCC have been very friendly, respectful, and professional. I really appreciate their timeliness of the repairs and their quality of work. It was very nice that they kept me updated throughout the process and informed me of any changes or delays. If I called and had any questions, they were quick to get me an answer and someone always answered the phone when I called. When they were done, they had my car waiting for me out front, not only all fixed up, but washed and vacuumed as well! And to top it off, they have a lifetime guarantee on their work so it isnt necessary to go to a preferred shop. Hopefully, I wont need any more auto body repairs, but if I do, I wont go anywhere else!

Horrible business, they were unable to give me an accurate quote, wanted to sell me damaged parts. Once I spoke to the owner Bob it was even worse, he was extremely rude and unprofessional and order parts for me that I never agreed for him to order in the first place and demanded that i pay for them. After I told him I wasnt go to he began to rant and yell profanities. I highly recommend that no ever goes here. Plus Ive seen the work they do in the shop. This business is garbage.

I had some minor body work done on my fleet vehicle, it took 3 weeks to do 3-4 days worth of work. I have no issues with the quality of work, but communication was non existent...typical over promise and under deliver.
