The guy was slow getting my order that was already picked. I could tell he was young and had a sub par work ethic I was in a hurry and he was not.

Its fun to work at but managers could be different.

Easy in and out.

I went to 5 differant places across the U.S. to get a problem fixed and it cost me a couple hundred dollars and a waste of about 20 hours of work. My truck would not idle on it own. It had password no one could break in to for solving the oroblem. I stopped in at Western States and was waited on quickly and super nice respect. PULL HER TO THIS FIRST DOOR AND WE WILL LOOK AT IT FOR YOU. THE DOOR OPENED A MAN CAME OUT AND HOOKED UP HIS LAPTOP AND BEFORE I COULD EVEN WALK BACK TO THE HE SAYS THERE YOU GO. I SAID WHAT? ITS DONE AND I GOYOU GOT TO BE KIDDING NOPE ALL DONE.. THEN I WAS REALLY AMAZED WHEN I ASKED WHAT I OWE YA NOTHING IT ONLY TOOK 5 TO 10 SECONDS I am standing there looking around like this just didnt happened did it? MY HATS OFF TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS AT WESTERN STATES.
