I like this place because its pretty straight forward. They have a great website explaining what they are about and what they do. Ive purchased a few batteries, all have been reliable and long lasting. They pretty much take every old worn out battery and give you a very fair price on a new or refurbished battery. They offer a competitive warranty. In and out in less than 5 minutes!

I havent made a purchase yet, but Aaron took time out of his day on a Sunday (normally closed) to help educate me on some options for our trailer. He was really patient and explained things well so I could make an informed decision.

These guys are terrific - friendly, professional and super helpful beyond what you would expect! I am happy with the battery and even more happy with the service. They helped me trouble shoot the problem that was much more than the battery.

Bought 100 dollar battery, they told me it had a 6 year warranty, I was like great,this is a great deal...a year later when I came in to exchange my warranty battery, I was told that it was under new ownership and they werent going to honor the warranty, I know now that its not under new ownership and Aaron the owner is just having his employees lie to customers, but I should of known not to expect honesty from a felon.........

Great service and price!

SO... I feel like I should update everyone, because when I first bragged about The Battery Exchange, I was doing just that. Bragging. I found them because they also rent U-Hauls, so while I was there I checked out their prices for batteries. Everywhere I had looked previously was at least $140 for a new battery, but through them I was able to get a new battery for around $90. I was super excited, they were amazingly helpful, installed it for me, and I told everyone, what great service I got there.Last week my car was studdering and not starting. It didnt occur to me that it would be the new battery I bought, however I took it to an Auto Zone, an Oreillys, and then a shop here (San Antonio), because when they told me it was my battery I genuinely did not believe them. However, a few tests later and another new battery, and my car is running like shes new...End of the story, the battery was under warranty, I understand there may not be much they can do states away, but I called, emailed, and got nothing from them, when I got a hold of them today it was disappointing to say the least. The guy was like well there is nothing I can do for you and tried to hang up, but I asked him about their emails and messages, because this information I would have liked a few days ago. He told me a guy quit, one walked out, and he isnt gonna bust his ass answering the 500 phone calls and voice mails he gets a day. He doesnt get paid enough to hang around all day and night.I get that there is probably nothing they can do, and he may be having an off day, but this guy is in customer service, and I wasnt angry, yelling, or being a jerk. I just felt it was unprofessional and disappointing after I had previously had such great service.

I brought my old battery to Battery Exchange to take advanatge of their $10 for used batteries. The employee tested the cells and said they were all good. He then load tested it. 750 CCA!! He encouraged me to keep it, so I did. I found their honesty refreshing.

Great battery at a fantastic price...saved well over 90.00 from a wal-mart price, I love it when things work the first time.

They sold me a new battery, installed it and tested my alternator for less than Walmart, Autozone and OReilly wanted for just the battery. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They were incredibly fast, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ill never go anywhere else for a battery again.
