After what started out as something that was a bad experience, and being very frustrated, I was able to work with Brady on a resolution for an issue we were having. Hes a generous and understanding individual that Im grateful I was able to work with. In the future, I hope that he will have me back as a customer.

We paid $6600 for a new motor to be put in. The quality of work was less than stellar. We made it 2.5 miles down the road from his shop for our vehicle to turn of, check engine lite to come on as well as a slough of other problems.After confronting them about all the problems, asking where the quality control was for the work performed, asking for receipts, warranty info and proof of items purchased, we were told to get off the property and the police called. Now they refuse to respond to phone calls, VM and emails.So much for thier mission statement. I strongly urge one to do business elsewhere.

These guys are incredible! They diagnosed and fixed my truck in only three days that other shops couldnt even diagnose. (and they had to order the parts in) Super professional and knowledgeable guys that are on point with timelines and communication!

These guys are awesome. My door handle quit working. They ordered a new one and I brought in my truck. Instead of simply replacing it they saw that they could adapt and solve my problem, saving me the cost of the handle.I will be back to have them meet my next need. I trust an ownership that is interested in building relationships vs a making quick dollar.

II have had no luck with mechanic shops in the last several years. Serendipitously I pasted this place on my way home after my car started acting up. When I pulled in I figured they couldnt be any worse than all the other rip off artists Ive dealt with the past couple of years. They were up front, HONEST, friendly and reasonably priced. I have found my new mechanic shop! I highly recommend!

My Silverado started having an issue and I went all over town for three days trying to get it diagnosed and repaired. All the local shops I tried kept telling me I needed to replace the Throttle Body and even the ECM. I took my truck to Advanced Automotive Center and Brady was AWESOME!! He diagnosed the issue and before trying to sell me the more expensive fixes offered a less expensive alternative and using his skill and fantastic customer service got my truck back in shape. He was professional, reasonable and best of all, friendly and HONEST!! That is hard to find these days, great job Advanced Automotive and Brady!

As a Jeep owner Im always having issues. I use to pay the dealership a ton of money for simple things to be fixed. Now that I come here I save, and they dont try to do unnecessary things which the dealership had a habit of doing. My Jeep is fixed fast and the work is always 100%. I wont let anyone else touch my Jeep!

Best service

Our experience was great until we received our car back with one of the wheels not fully tightened down. We had an alternator replaced and the rotors grinned down and new brakes put on, a total of $675. Lane was a great mechanic but whoever put the wheels back on at the end was negligent and did not properly tighten the lug nuts down. We then had to bring the car back the day after to see what was causing the loud noise and shaking of the wheel that had not been there prior to having the car worked on. Luckily the wheel did not come off while we were driving as it could have caused us to crash. I gave these guys two stars and not one because Lane the main mechanic was very nice and helpful. He was upset that his tech did not do his job correctly and was very apologetic about what had happened. We never heard from the manager/owner of the shop about the incident.

Horrible mechanics! Sold a lemon that they knew had issues, being as they were the mechanics. After buying a Subaru that they just replaced the engine and did all the servicing we have already been back 4 times in weeks and paid them additional thousands of dollars to fix the mistakes that was HIDDEN upon sale. I will hold these cowards accountable, someone should.

I served in the armed forces and truly appreciate the kindness and willingness to help during my time of needed service for my car needs. Thank you to all your mechanics and a shout out to the men and women that sedved and are still serving.
