Great cars
Nice people🙏
Purchased a used Subaru here the sales men was not very friendly, upon driving the car home check engine light came on was an O2 sensor. It would come on about 50 miles after clearing it Im sure they new about the code before selling the car I think they just kept clearing the code. They did reimburse me for it have your car inspected before purchasing it here, also the warranty they give you wouldnt cover the sensor or leaks plus its up to the warranty company if they even want to cover the repair is not all its cracked up to be. Giving 3 Stars cause the owner did try an help with the check engine light.
The team at Rides Unlimited was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the Subaru Forester that I recently purchased. They worked with me on all of the little things that I found and were happy and willing to look things over again and again when needed. I got a very nice vehicle for a good price and I recommend their shop for anyone looking for a reliable car at a good price and with good customer service :-) Thanks Rides Unlimited!
We bought a used Subaru from Rides Unlimited. We have been pleased with our car and our experience. Rides Unlimited gives a 90 limited warranty and when our car had a minor problem, they fixed it for us, no charge. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors as a reputable place to do business.
Scored an an awesome Subaru outback xt from this place and got a killer warranty for piece of mind with a used vehicle. These guys know subarus. Highly recommend. Dont let the location and appearance from the outside fool you. Ive seen there shop... Top notch. They know what they are doing and I have no doubt theyll grow out of their current location soon.
I bought 2 cars from these guys and didn’t do my homework. It was only after getting in accidents in those cars that I came to find they really only cosmetically repaired them. You can potentially score a great deal on a ride with a salvage title, but always take it to a reputable auto body shop to make sure it was actually repaired properly before you buy it. Lesson learned. Vlad Radion, see his review on google was the salesman at the time. Buyers beware!
I bought multiple of cars from Rides Unlimited and couldnt be happier with them. Amazing prices and great costumer service.
Rides Unlimited is an awesome place to pick up a quality vehicle for a good price. I bought a 2005 subaru forrester from them last summer and its been one of the best vehicles Ive ever owned. They replaced the window seal on the car for me for free and this winter I slid on the snow and bent one of my tire rims so I went back to them to see if I could buy a cheap used rim from them and they gave me one for free! Customer service is great and I dont feel like they are out to rip you off.
Horrible service. I called to check on a mechanics special STI (I am in CA btw) and was told the price was not negotiable over the phone. They wanted 7,000 for a STI missing a turbo, intercooler and up pipe as well as various other piping and electronic connections. The guy helping me I think was named Alex told me he would not accept my offer of around 3500 even after telling me they bought it cheap at auction. Then he continued to insult me and when I asked for the manager he not only told me that he was the manager, but when I asked to talk with the manager, the actual manager, Alex hung up on me. VERY RUDE PEOPLE!! Just based on the customer service over the phone, I would highly advise STAY AWAY and look elsewhere for your car--these people just want your money.
I have purchased multiple cars from Rides Unlimited. Great prices and friendly service, would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Great people.
