The store was clean well organized, and well stocked. It is very accessible with wide aisles and easy entry way. I had limited interaction with the staff but what I did have was very pleasant. All in all it was a pleasurable experience.

Some of the worse customer service in the world. Employees do not great the customers. The lady who cuts fabric seems like the wicked witch of the west. The employees would all be fired if they were in another city. The employees could care less and if you need help with anything, good luck with that. I rather grow my own cotton, make my own fabric and color it or get on a plane and fly to china, buy some fabric and fly back to Mississippi. I will literally go spend $10,000 to get $10 fabric from somewhere else. That is how bad the customer service is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Get some Joann Fabrics of Meridian! Horrible place!

I knew the fabrics would be over-priced going in. However, the girl cutting the fabric appeared to be bothered to have to do the job she applied for. Her disposition was quite disrespectful. She was notified to assist me via buzzer. When her coworker asked her if she heard the buzzer she said yeah, I heard it, with such disdain. I had to tell her to give me the charge ticket. Maybe she doesnt really want a job. 🤔

Great place to put your imagination into Overdrive

This is one of the larger JoAnns stores. They have a large selection of fabrics, a wide variety of products, and the staff is friendly. Most importantly, they know how the fold your fabrics after cutting them.😉Although, they could add a larger selection of buttons.

They always have great stuff around each holiday. And it is usually 40% off

The selection was good, but the employees were the rudest I have ever dealt with. The customer service was mediocre and the I actually witnessed one lady come in and ask the cashier about her order, she left for the back of the store and came back more than 20 minutes later and was walking by the lady and told her she was off the clock and walked out the door.

I would rate this store a 0 if I could. Im so frustrated. I placed an order for curbside pickup. I used their app (which I was impressed with) to make sure that they knew my exact ETA. As soon as I pull up, two employees are outside looking for me. I wave them down and they say you need to come in for a return. I get out of my car to determine why this is. They tell me that they did not have two of the white Gildan t-shirts I had ordered. Ok, I get it. Sometimes what shows as available on a website is not actually whats available in store (I recommend a good inventory scana and cleanup.) I go to process the return and the employee spends roughly 30 minutes trying to figure out how to process the return. She never did figure it out. I ended up grabbing 2 Gildan shirts in a size 3xl to replace my 2 in size 2xl that they didnt have in stock. She never even suggested any alternative. I did this just to be nice. I felt bad for the young girl in the moment. I ordered 19 Gildan shirts in total. Im home and its late night now. I open up my bags to learn that I am missing a shirt and 4 shirts were pulled incorrectly (wrong sizing). One size medium shirt was given when I had ordered 6 and size small t-shirts were given in place of 4 of the remaining 5 size medium shirts. The sizes are largely printed on stickers that are stuck to the very FRONT of the folded t-shirts, courtesy of the manufacturer- Gildan. Now I will have a delayed custom t-shirt order for a customer. Im sorry, I looked at the t-shirt aisle when I went in. There were plenty of size mediums. The staff at this store do not care about accuracy or possess basic customer service skills. I have plenty to do and here I am instead, writing a negative review. Shop elsewhere.

Love JOANNS.....The employees arent rude...just not enough of them!! They are stretched as far as their duties. Yes, you might have to wait for a few minutes to have your fabric cut, but thats why I make sure that I allow myself enough time. I like Hobby Lobby, but JOANNS is my go-to. Not as over-whelming as Hobby Lobby and their fabric selection is much better here in Meridian. Its a very relaxed environment...can sit with your cup of coffee and browse patterns!!!!

I love this store,BUT, after prepaying for special order a simple presser foot attachment a week over due, driving 45 miles, it was the wrong part even after they showed me the picture of the part. I had to leave with the part still not able to sew and fulfill orders. If we lived in a larger city such as Tallahassee or we simply shopped and appreciated the stores we have they would stock better and patronize us the consumer and not leave like our beloved Bed Bath and Beyond, what are you Meridianites thinking going out of of town to shop! Shame on you! You cause this atrocity then COMPLAIN!

Another standard Joann Fabrics, but this was clean and well kept.One of the best things to use your 40% off coupon is the book area (not magazines). Get a chance to browse the books and then use your coupon.

Their selection is great and the staff is very friendly. The only complaint is that they don’t always have enough people working so wait times at the cash register and fabric station can get rather long

Great remaining Christmas items clearance going on. Well stocked, clean and clear aisles. Staff was great. Knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff,(well the only lady I saw working) was wonderful. The store it self was sad. It had no actual art supplies. It had overpriced 3rd rate supplies at the same price I would pay for artists grade.

I stopped here for yarn and was disappointed. There is not a large selection. Lots of Lion Brand, but not much else. Very limited selection of Red Heart and Lilly. It seemed to be a large store, but the selection was limited. Would not return.

Before my mother passed away she used to make quilts and she never had a problem whatsoever finding the material she needed and I used to enjoy making some crafts and I can always find anything everything that I wanted at Joanns

I love the store, but their employees that work in fabric have no knowledge of it at all.

If you want to take your granny to a rave this is the place you! This place has everything! Epileptic seizure inducing strobe lights over the sections, disorder and empty walls, dirty bathrooms, overpriced yarn for gram gram, less than enthusiastic employees not willing to help, and waiting in line too long with other frustrated strangers. Only to get home with unwanted glitter on you and a headache.
