I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything in the world. They let you win a system that ties you into a contract for 5 years. Their service was horrible to say the least. Their cameras caught nothing and they continued to charge for horrible services.The only reason they are even getting 1 star review from me, is because you can’t give less.

Do not sign with this company. The service was great but canceling it has been a nightmare. You have to wait until the end of the contract that auto renews yearly and then they still keep charging you.

I have been with Infiniti Security for 6 years and I have been actually pleased with their services. I have a wireless security system and we recently upgraded and added a doorbell camera that is connected to the security system that is actually works really well because its connected to my smartphone to talk to the person outside. They have taken really good care of us, they always answer the phone when we call them which is super important to me. I highly recommend this company

Terrible company and service! Do no trust them or there sales people. Once they get you, you are screwed ! Just look at their rating on the BBB and you will understand. 👎

LOL LOOK THE ONLY POSTIVE REVIEW ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY IS BY THE OWNER HIMSELF( BRANDON CLYDE) this is Worst company everBRANDON CLYDE LIED When he came out said he needed to update our system afterwards he said sign this paper to show I updated the system : He lied we found he forced us to sign a new contract for 69 months that lying scum bag did a bait and switch never once said by him doing this we would be locked in to another 60 months contract, he screwed us over since we only had one month left of our original contract and we were not impressed with their system at all. SO PLEASE stay away from them unless you want to be screwed out of $3000 also stay away GO GET THE RING SYSTEM : CAMERAS: KEYPAD : MOTION SENSORS AND NO CONTRACT AND EQUIPMENT IS THOUSANDS TIMES BETTER
