Not a meat market- no fresh cuts to choose from. I think most of their meat is frozen. The sample pepperoni stick was very good. We ordered 6 baby back ribs for the 4th, good quality for the price. They did have fresh sausage displayed that looked good.

Beef sticks are worth the drive. Dad taught me this early in life and glad this place is still around.

If what youre looking for is great, fresh sausage that you plan to buy with cash, Im sure this place is great. If I had cows that I wanted turned into steaks, I could see myself going back here. But this is not a place where you can go buy from a selection of cuts of meat. This is not a meat market. Its a butcher and sausage shop.

Best pepperoni sticks in town. They have lots of meat options. I will eventually try everything one of them. But good prices and good quality meat.

Best smoked meats and jerky around. I moved to Arizona several years back and whenever I make it back up to Meridian. I always make it a point to go back and get some smoked salmon, my favorite. Can’t go wrong with anything from this place. What I care about is quality, and that is what I get from this place. (I can’t eat customer service.) Did I mention the prices are unbeatable.

We brought 2 deers in for processing. Upon each unwrapping of each meat, I am SO disappointed! First off none of the cuts are what they should be. I think they may need an anatomy class. Every steak I have opened has bones in it. The back strap has been sliced into several pieces. The cheap plastic wrap they use under the butcher paper tears and sticks to the frozen meat because it tears so easy. Do not take your wild game for processing!

They havent been in business and catering to the valley for 50+ years just because there ok. There business would be better for patrons if they accepted debit / credit cards.If they did their business would be greatly increased and past customers would return. Love their sausage and sticks. I prefer to buy local and support our local businesses . I finally made it in I thought before they closed. I usually have to get there sausages from the store. Friendly and excellent quality products thank you Gavin for taking me even though you were closed. You never even mentioned it. I actually didnt know you were closed until I went to give you this review. Wow customer Service . We are enjoying those sausages for dinner with onion just like you prescribed . Hopefully the younger generation will bring them into the future.😃Thank you Alicia

Theres only one display window which I didnt like because I like to shop for my meat. We got corned beef and the meat was not very good quality. The pepperoni sticks were tasty but no different than any other pepperoni stick that Ive ever had. Staff was friendly though. Still, Im not going back

Seriously the best peperoni sticks anywhere! While youre there, youll see a few other folks come in for them as well. :)Also had steaks - way yum. Beef brisket and their whole pork (thats smoked, delivered and served) is amazing.

Stopped by on a Saturday, not knowing their hours, and was leaving when I saw they were closed. They saw me and opened the door, invited me in, and hooked me up. Best sausage Ive had in a loong time, Ill be going back.
