The staff at Fleet Feet are always amazing, but tonight, I believe it was Emily, who kindly let me in as she was about to lock up. I had rewards that were going to expire today & wanted to use them. She not only let me in, but waited on me patiently - no feeling of being rushed at all. She definitely went above & beyond. She deserves recognition of some sort or a raise. She really impressed me with her kindness & helpfulness!

I love the hands on experience the staff is coutourious and knowledgeable. Trying to fund an all black shoe for work is difficult they made it easy and comfortable. The 3D scan of my feet was cool and I learned a lot about what my feet needed to stay healthy.

Absolutely LOVE the foot scans and helped me better understand my feet and why one hurt more than the other. I bought my shoes from them as they were about the same price as from other retailers online! My wife did hers and we WILL be back. Stephanie was so patient and helpful!!!

I shop at Fleet Feet because of the customer service and VIP feel that you give every customer. My only suggestion for improvement would be to back off a little from the upsell spiel for socks and insoles. I understand it, but it can be a bit much.

We were very impressed with the technology associated with fitting us with shoes that work best for our feet. Our sales associate, Emily, was very patient, upbeat, and competent. She did some upselling but in a very low-key way and we felt encouraged but not pressured to purchase socks and inserts for our shoes. I have already recommended this store to others in person and through social media.

I found a style of shoe that I liked but wasn’t in love with the color. I got a pair that I thought would work but they were too light. I went in to exchange my shoes as they had been worn to see if I could swap them for a darker color. I was greeted by a friendly employee and was able to get the shoes I wanted in the color I wanted with no hassle and very little wait. Overall, I had an extremely enjoyable and smooth experience. I would highly recommend Fleet Feet for their ease of transaction and their policies regarding returns. Five stars!

Emily was awesome! I have never had a good pair of shoes and didn’t know what to expect but emily really helped me find the perfect shoe. She was very professional all while being honest. i ended up finding a shoe that was instantly comfortable and all around a good shoe!

He was great to work with and helped me to find just the right fit for my feet. Their process was easy to do and the results were explained well and I am very happy with the shoes and socks I purchased there. Pricing was fair and I will return to see them again soon.

I had a scheduled appointment for a foot scan and fitting. Mark was very patient and explained everything. I FINALLY have a pair of comfortable shoes to walk and exercise in.He and the other gal who was working went above and beyond giving my friend and me directions to our next appointment. So helpful.

I love that they offer brands I’ve not previously been exposed to. I loved the service experience of getting fitted for insoles. I unfortunately cannot remember the young girls name who helped me. But she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and patient with me even as others who were waiting for her help started filling into the store. She nicely greeted them and kept her focus on me. I appreciated that especially since I had made an appointment. It was clear I was being prioritized. Thanks to the great service I spent over $400. Not my favorite place. I just wanted my foot measured to make sure I got the right size. Nope. In order to get measured you have to do a whole hoopla. I asked a couple of times. So, I settled on a size and it didnt fit. Ill be taking them back. Paying $130 for a pair of shoes it would be nice to get measured. The guy was nice, but wasnt interested in making sure the shoes fit.The other issue I have is the lighting. I thought I was getting a gray pair of shoes. I got home and in the light the shoes were green! The guy mentioned the lighting, but I thought he was kidding. Ugh.

I went to Fleet Feet hoping for information and a quality shoe fitting. Alex helped me and was outstanding. He listened carefully and provided excellent service. I could not be more pleased with my experience at Fleet Feet.

Fleet Feet in Meridian had the type of shoes that I wanted. A lot of stores in the area don’t carry a full line of Hoka products so a particular shoe type can often be hard to find. They had what I needed, just not in my size. This was the third time that I have been there and they had what I wanted but not in my size. They nicely ordered what I wanted online and solved the problem for me quickly. I am sure at a small store it is hard to carry a warehouse full of brands and sizes for each model but I will probably just order online next time if it is going to end up as an online purchase anyway. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store was very clean and organized. It was busy and often with busy running stores you end up with piles of boxes and it is a mess… this store was tidy. For a small shop there was a nice selection of running apparel. The vibe felt like the store was designed more for women than men. When I was there, all of the employees were female, almost all for the patrons where female and it felt like the majority of clothing was for woman. But I am giving them a 5 star review because of how great the employees were, how educated they were and, in the end, I got exactly what I needed.

Fleet Feet has amazing shoes and their staff is the best! My son has really wide feet and Fleet Feet always provides lots of choices for him. My son also has some special needs and the staff is always kind and engaging with him and takes the time to make sure he walks out with the right shoe. We will shop with them forever!

It is crazy comfortable and has already helped my knee pains and my shin splints. I got 12 seconds faster in my cross country race I don’t know if it was due to the shoes or not but they are super comfortable 😂😂. I have already recommended the Clifton 7s I think is what I got they were hokas and the whole store in general. The service was amazing they were super friendly and helpful. The whole process was so cool on how they scanned my feet and did the heat walk it was a super cool experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Weve gone to Fleet Feet for a number of years to supply my son with running shoes for his distance running. My only complaint (and that word is a bit strong) is the expense of the shoes. Spending over $100 for shoes for a teenager a few times a year is quite expensive. I understand you have a new rewards program, but the student discount should be reinstituted, as it encourages students (and their parents) to make repeat purchases. This saved us more money.

Everyone was super courteous, friendly and followed COVID guidelines as best they could. I came in for a test to figure out what shoes were best for me (which was super quick and informative) and ended up buying two pairs of New Balances, insoles and some socks. Big thanks to Brayden, the rep that helped me!

We have always bought what worked in the past for our footwear, but our feet evolve and change all the time and Fleet Feet Meridian really educated us on that and it is interesting how from one fitting to the next a different style of shoe may be a better fit during our next need for a new shoe. Im an older, out-of-shape guy whos been talked into training to run a 5k. Ive always developed shin-splints when I run. I stopped by another well-known (but empty) shoe place down the street and the gentleman there pointed and told me that the mens running shoes are on the wall on the left side of the store. That was about it. Completely opposite experience at Fleet Feet. Crowded store, immediately acknowledged. Told that it would be a few minutes but gave me some products to tinker with while waiting (foot massagers and such). After a short wait I had a great experience where my feet were scanned, I was tested, fitted, listened to, and observed running. They sold me shoes, inserts, socks. At that point, pretty much whatever they recommended. Ill be back.

Prices, service, and a perfect experience. We were helped by knowledgeable staff. From prices I had seen online I was worried that the shoes would be out of our budget, but they had multiple selections and a perfect one for my daughter that was lower than what we had planned to pay at other stores. The other stores didnt provide a scan of her feet to get a true size and identify possible issues. All of this was included for a great price at Fleet Feet Meridian.

I liked the customized conversation. For example: What is it that youre wanting out of your shoe, what are you currently experiencing, what would you like to change, etc. Even though I didnt absolutely love the shoe that fit perfectly, Ive had no foot pain since I started wearing it while running. Its still too early to tell for certain, but having my foot analysis helped me figure out what my problem has been and that an insole, or a slightly different shoe may be the key to less pain.

Talk about a great experience! The foot scanning technology here is pretty amazing and Alex our associate was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable! He provided my mother and I top notch service even though they were short staffed and extremely busy. He truly is an asset to the store and made sure our new shoes fit comfortably and that our insoles were customized to fit our feet perfectly and feels like were walking on clouds ❤️I highly recommend fleet feet and will definitely be back!

Casey was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything about the shoes and prices. The 3-D imaging is cool in the fact that it helps them with knowing what type of shoe will best fit our feet. Customer service at this location is one of the BEST hands down that I have ever experienced. Brenna was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuine in her effort to find and help me into the right fit of shoe and insole. The entire staff was great and accommodating and truly made you feel welcome and appreciated that you chose to give THEM an opportunity to service you. It was a very personalized shoe shopping experience. We tried on probably 10 pair of shoes to figure out which ones actually felt the best and which ones made me feel the most stable. They were very knowledgeable and kept in mind what I needed from my shoes. If you hurt when you walk or if you topple over when standing on one foot I would stop in and let them help fit you.

I needed help finding my teenager the right running shoes, and Alex did not disappoint! He was so good with my son, super helpful, took his time, asked great questions and ultimately we left with the perfect pair. I appreciated Alex’s genuine care and concern for my son’s interest in doing well in training for soccer, without being “salesy”. It was a very busy Sunday and we still felt like he gave us all the time in the world. I should note there were other staff there who also looked very kind and helpful, so I think no matter who helps you it’ll be a great experience. Thankful we bought there and looking forward to going back.

Good experience ... a bit pricey but my shoes were on sale, and I loved the socks and inserts. The only complaint is they did not have the shoes in black, as offered online or other stores. So I bought the less than desired color. I did say I wish they were in black and the sales girl responded with this is the only color we have, but they do come in black. I was expecting her to offer to order them in black for me or even explain maybe they don’t offer this service ? I got no offer or explanation when asked about a color I truly wanted versus what the store had and sold me.
