Literally want you to spend your money their but if you have to use the restroom they will tell you to walk all the way to the other side of the village and come back... sorry, guess I’ll go somewhere that cares about basic human needs. I was gonna buy your overpriced clothing but won’t be doing so now

Kinda sucks they aren’t in downtown anymore, but this change to the village seems to be good for their sales. Love going to Urban Outfitters but their customer service need a little help the workers their seem like they hate themselves low key.. maybe try smiling a little more?

Wide assortment of trendy stuff you wont find just anywhere. We were approached by an employee in a timely fashion (not too quick and not too slow), who was very helpful and just plain nice.

Was better when they were downtown instead if the most suburban mall in Idaho 🤣, where they are now.

A very large and modern bowling alley. They have a separate bowling room with blacklights and big screen TVs open all their hours. They have table service also to bring to your bowling lane, and deserts too! Upstairs they have an arcade with various shooters, raceing games, pinball machines, air hockey tables (even a 4 player one) ticket and prize games (including ski ball).

Staff is not extremely helpful or friendly, but not rude in any way. The store is REALLY small, like surprisingly small, but otherwise no complaints!

Great styles, sure. After going to UO from H&M, I cant help but wonder why the same clothes are 3x more expensive.

Marcus was amazing. While others where a bit snooty. Love the wall tapestry. Thanks Marcus for making this shopping trip worth it.

This store is wild, yall. Like they were tryna seel me satin slip dresses when it was like 14 degrees out. This is the UO in the Village so it is full of soccer moms, which is weird and not what I imagine their target demographic to be, but whateves you do you soccer moms. There was literally nothing in there that I wanted to buy 🤷‍♀️ but I got some good laughs at it the wacky stuff

Huge, nice store. I would say the space is super underutilized and even then the selection for men’s clothing is remarkably small and bad. I had high hopes since the store moved from dt but its the same. Other UOs have way more selections.

Cool place to go. The parking is non-existent. You have to park in the garage.

Great place to find gifts for my siblings.

Clothes werent great yet expensive. Store didnt hardly any selection. Staff was judgmental and obviously gossiping about the guests. Super dissatisfied.
