BUYER BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH JOE CAPICARDO, THE NEW OWNER OF EVANS. HE BILKED MY FAMILYS RESTAURANT OUT OF $35000 WHEN $3500 WOULD HAVE SOLVED THE PROBLEM THEY WERE HAVING. HE SOLD THEM A DEFECTIVE BRAND NEW MACHINE THAT THEY DIDNT NEED. THEN HE CLAIMED IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. YET IT IS ONLY NINE MONTHS OLD. HE IS A SNAKE. AS SLIMY AND SLEAZY AS THEY COME.
