Brandon was very helpful. Was about to buy a new computer and he assured me the one I had was more than capable to handle my wifes schooling with an upgrade. The computer is running better than new and they saved me several hundred dollars. When I took it to office depot (where I bought it from) they told me it was shot and it wouldnt be worth fixing. Ill definitely be going to meridian computer for everything computer related from now on.

Every time I have had a computer issue whether big or small Meridian Computers has been able to help me out. Today I needed help and they conveniently remote accessed my computer so that they could help me with my problem from the comfort of my house. What I had spent over two hours trying to figure out they fixed in 15 minutes.

We have been a customer for several years and they are always friendly and do a fantastic job. Many times they take care of it while we are there. We recommend them highly.

Jason and his staff provided thorough same-day diagnostics and repair of my PCs corrupted operating system and files. My Dell tower is running like new again. Every time I have used their services, it has been very quick, fair priced, and resulted in a complete fix; leaving me extremely pleased for choosing Meridian Computer.

Brought in a company laptop for liquid damage. They did a trouble shoot and charged me $45 for it and said everything was fine. They didn’t tell me that my battery wasn’t working, I figured that out on my own. After I unplugged the charger the computer completely shuts down and I wasn’t made aware of this. I would have given it a 1 star, but the workers are very nice, so a 2 star it is.

I am very impressed with this computer store. They found solutions for possible upgrades with my gaming pc. I was really hoping for a new case and Brandon and Cameron hooked me up with a badass case. New SSD and boosting the 250GB NvMe to 500GB was great, Also taking out the Hard Drive with a 1TB SSD. And also the rgb 32GB ram is amazing too. They did a great on the Gaming PC and would recommend them. Price is fair, sadly I couldnt get it myself due to testing positive for Covid. Other than that, They did great :)

I have gone here for several years. The last time they worked on my computer i couldnt get the printer to work. I called them to ask for help. Jason yelled at me and stopped returning my calls. I took it to someone else. it turned out the cord was bad.Jason was very unprofessional and for that reason he lost a customer.

These folks are real pro’s. They are ready, willing and able! I had a problem that they fixed in about two minutes. They are the best! Thanks to The owner! You will not be disappointed!

Don’t get me wrong they’re great people and knowledgeable in their field of work but left me with broken promises. Charged me more than what they quoted, said they would install a windows that would come with labor, and didn’t use same cables I had in my build.

Not the best, but not the worst. Would recommend ABI Computer, went there after and had no complaints

I was experimenting with one of my computers, and I ended up deleting some very important files. After hours of research online, and numerous attempts at fixing the issue, I couldnt figure it out. So, I swallowed my pride, and went in to Meridian Computer. Within minutes they gave me the info I needed to get it fixed. Now I can start experimenting again, and its thanks the to the guys at Meridian Computer. I highly recommend visiting them.

I-Phone 7 New. This business doesnt earn 1 star, no supervision.WHERE IS THE OWNER?? Teenagers run the shop. They were going to replaced the screen. Phone was working fine. I went 5 times to pick up my phone and it was not ready. I waited more than 20 min. each time. They charged $$ but never tested. Phone was not working. I asked to cancel the service and refund the $$. The blond skinny teenager was so angry when I asked for refund that he removed the screen, damage the start button, and the battery is not working. He faked the refund at the cashier register but I never got it.Took it to another place, it was missing more screws and parts. They replaced the screen and did not charge me a penny.

Meridian Computer is the best computer shop in the Treasure Valley!!! Ive gone to Jason and his team for over 15 years. Very reliable, hardworking, very fast....and super friendly staff. Also very reasonable priced and excellent customer service. Even if its a simple question I know I can always call or go in and they are always happy to help u out. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my computer or buy any computer anywhere else.Jason and his staff always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are always happy!! The staff members working at Meridian Computers are very professional and made sure that you knew everything that was going on with your computer. Meridian Computers are fair with prices and were even willing to take in my old computer to give me a huge discount on my brand new one which works great! Not only this but they take care of their customers as well, always willing to repair any computer or upgrade one to fit your exact needs. Best computer store around!

Best service and price around! Ill definitely keep going back. The owner, helped me with my phones problems 3 times, and in each time I was very satisfied, he even give me a phone to use while he fixes mine. He really cares about his customers more than the money.

Normally I do my own computer work, however I was struggling with finding out why my computer wouldnt power on. I took it in to them and they helped me. Come to find out it was a loose cable, but because I was panicking (it was a $1000 custom built gaming pc) I didnt stop to check. Highly recommend as they also sell computer hardware for a reasonable price

Jason and his staff at Meridian Computer Service have pulled me out of a couple huge computer and networking problems in my pharmacy business. Some have been in an emergency fashion. He has always been fair on price, even in an emergency when I would have paid a heavy price to get up and going. I highly recommend his services even if you pay a little more. That said I rarely see myself paying more and there is something to be said and had for the service that they give and offer. I am headed there now to order a computer for my accountant :-)

These guys are awesome! They offered me a couple of different pricing options for fixing vs replacing our laptop. I felt they understood what we needed. We will be using these guys for all our computer maintenance needs from now on.

I would give these noobs 0 stars if it was possible! I brought in my older WORKING computer to have them install newer hardware. I was without my computer for over two weeks!!! I was originally told it would take no longer than 3-4 days. I got fed up with all the excuses and I went in just to get my computer back. BOMBSHELL!! i was informed that all my data had been accidentally erased! ALL OF MY LIFES WORK GONE!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR DATE. I am now in the process of suing this incompetent place. They have cost me dearly! Stay away

Al was absolutely AMAZING! My macbook pro had beer spilt on it from memorial day weekend and I was prepared to have to buy a brand new $2,000 laptop. I got a call from Al saying he fixed it, only to get there and it not work, but he didnt give up. Today is July 22nd and Al has completely repaired my laptop for such a killer deal! I will definitely be returning with other damaged devices in the future. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this amazing and talented man! Thank you Al!!!

These guys are a joke. I went in there to find an adapter cable and a new PSU (Power Supply Unit). They only had a 400W PSU in stock (even though they were advertising a plethora of new products (ranging from PSUs, CPUs, APUs, and Motherboards). Then they had the audacity to charge $70 for the aforementioned PSU (Best Buy has one thats 250W more in power and it sells for $60. Additionally, they wanted to charge $10 for the adapter (which Best Buy and Wal-mart sell for no more than $5). I understand that a business wants to make a profit, but this company is outright extorting their customers. Meridian Computer lacks the knowledge necessary to do actual computer repairs and sales. It would be better to take it to Best Buy/Geek Squad or to work with the manufacturer than it would to do business with Meridian Computer.
