I highly recommend Primary Eyecare of Meridian, Ms. I actually went to the new location on south frontage road across from Cookout. Its clean you get greeted a warm welcome. Doctor Minh Duong is very educated in keeping your eye site healthy.

Staff always have a smile. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable with great communication skills, and willing to help. Office is loaded with high tech equipment and very spacious and comfortable. I saw Dr. Smith. He was organized, direct and I was relaxed and not fearful. He took up a lot of time to get my script right. He also showed me his findings and explained in detail in layman terms so I would understand. He was very kind and considerate asking did I have any questions or concerns now or later to contact them. Primary Eyecare is SUPERB and provides so many services. Make an appointment today. My family has been going to Primary Eyecare since its opening and have had nothing but the best service while there. The wait times arent long and the staff is courteous, respectable and welcoming. I trust Dr. Duong will always give me the best diagnosis during my exams. He is very thorough and always takes time to listen to and answer any questions or concerns I may have.

The optical department here goes way above and beyond. Robbie and Brandy ensured I had replacement sunglasses before I left for an extended time, on such short notice. As an airline captain, it would be difficult without them. It was truly appreciated.

Always quick and easy to set up appointments and the wait is never long. Staff are awesome and will help you find what frames look best on you. The place is super clean which is hard to come by around here. Seems they have a new machine that does not require you to get your eyes dilated which is a relief. Any problems I have are addressed immediately and the text alert system is super helpful to remember appointments. Highly recommend.

The wait time was fairly short. The exam and diagnostics were quick without making me feel rushed. I saw Dr. Duong. He explained my results very clearly and patiently answered all my questions with a friendly bedside manner. My only negative thing to say would be my experience afterward. The staff member checking me out was not friendly at all and she made me feel like I only had two options for purchasing glasses since I didn’t have insurance. I took my business elsewhere to get my frames and lenses. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Prinary Eye Care.
