So glad to visit post (nearly) COVID and see the store appropriately stocked with their amazing products 👍👍👍👍I was there a few months ago and found very limited selection and left the store empty handed which is never the case. 😳Lush products are obviously made with quality ingredients and not mass produced which is the main attraction 👍👍⭐️⭐️Store associates have always been accommodating 👍⭐️👍⭐️Prices are acceptable for self-love items. A delicious treat for the skin ⭐️⭐️🥰❤️Good job Lush ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sales staff is well informed on products, the store itself was extremely clean and considerate for in store shopping. I found the sales representative very informative and not pushy which always gives me the incentive to try out new things. Loved my visit today and was able to get bar shampoo, bar conditioner, and a bar facial cleanser. No plastic, very happy will come here again

I am a Lushie and I finally made it in to this store. Clean, well organized, and helpful staff. Great store for awesome soaps and toiletries. If you haven’t been to Lush, go! And this shop is great for the people of Boise.

Love their products but store’s closing time is too early, especially for The Village and it’s the only local store in Idaho. There is so much traffic towards Meridian and not everyone has all day to go shopping, some people work normal 9-5 days and can barely get there before they close. You would think they would want their store open longer since The Village is always busy and more people go there in the evening…

The staff is always friendly and very helpful when I follow my wife in here. The prices are high for these products, but they are enjoyable to have. Kids like the bath bombs.

I love Lush. Mainly for their amazing colored bath bombs that smell so good. However, I recently got the “Sweet Christmas” bath bomb and it stained my entire tub a bright pink color and I had to clean the tub afterwards. My fingers are also stained pink, I suggest toning it down on the dyes.

If I could give my experience at this store and with the store manager, Samantha, a negative number I would. Samantha treated me so poorly I am having to file a complaint against her. I was waiting in the outside line to get into the store with my mother and sister and I got out of the line to take a phone call from my husband and when I returned she immediately confronted me and told me I had to get to the back of the line. I was so surprised I immediately thought she thought I was cutting in line and that I didnt know the people I got in line with. When I explained that I was with my mother and sister she didnt want to hear any of it and asked me to go to the back of the line. Two people walked out of the store and so my mother let my sister and I go in and take the two spots. Then when I turned around Samantha was telling my mother she had to go to the back of the line in my place. I immediately asked what the problem was and she said the customers in line were upset so I turned to the customers and asked if they minded if us three women went in to the store together and I explained the situation. None of the other people standing in line appeared upset or bothered by me stepping out of the line and then returning back and they all said they didnt mind at all. My mother then followed me back into the store and quickly bought something so as not to take up the extra space in the store and let more people in. When she left I was followed by an employee while I walked around and then a security guard entered the store and followed me around like I was a criminal. When I asked why he was following me around Samantha said that she called him because I was raising my voice at her and she felt I was a danger. Im 52 on a good day! It was the most ridiculous and appalling experience I have ever encountered in a store. I was treated with such disrespect, I will never enter that store again. Its very sad to see someone taking their role of, power, way too far! Im waiting to hear back from Customer Service and will be explaining this whole experience to them.

I only come to the village to spend half my paycheck at LUSH, seriously. Their products may be on the expensive side but it’s totally worth it! The staff are always super helpful and kind as well, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would come to LUSH more often If they had a location in Boise!

Great customer service love the variety of bath items

Curbside pickup is super easy and convenient. The employees are super friendly and usually recognize me. I love how patient they are when I’m not really sure what I want but have a general idea of the end goal. I truly appreciate the samples because 9/10 times I do end up going back to buy what I got to sample, but when I don’t, it helps me figure out what would work best for me. There are so many products I love there, but especially their mint & Dirty scented ones.

This specific location prevents entry until you get a rundown on the do’s and don’t of COVID, you are required to wash your hands after entering ( strange request for a non hygienic facility ) once we were inside one of the employees critiqued how I was wearing my mask, and then hovered so closely as we shopped that we felt extremely uncomfortable. We were shopping for a birthday gift and was looking forward to putting something special together for my teen niece. We unfortunately left empty handed, and after this experience we will never be back. I work directly with the public, face to face with at least 100 people a day. Never once have I gone out of my way to micromanage how a mask is being worn. It is unfortunate that this behavior is not only tolerated but obviously encouraged by this company. Skip this storefront at the village...many other choices in Boise that are trying to keep their doors open. I’ll be sure to purchase from them next time.

Amazing! Such good smells before we even walked in! Theyre very kind and explaining how they wanted us to enter the store and keep our mask on and were just beyond friendly!!

I love the customer service here, and how happily the employees talk about the products. I have also used many of the products, and they are fantastic. I could wash my hair once a week with their shampoo/conditioner bars and no one would ever know! And ill smell like a field of whatever plant I want.

This is the nicest and largest LUSH store Ive ever been to. If I had more time, I would have taken some pretty pictures. However, even without photos this place is lovely. The staff helped me with everything, the store is nice and bright and open, & if you ever need really yummy smelling natural bath stuff, go here. Their bars, shampoo or lotion etc, are all great.

Its so much fun to go here and see all the bath products that are available. I highly recommend you try their bath bombs! I also really like that they are eco friendly.

This is like a skincare/bath time wonderland. The employees are always so nice and helpful. They are more than willing to explain or let you try as many products as your heart desires. Plus, they are an insanely ecologically friendly company, so you can feel good about what youre buying while smelling good, too! I got hooked to Lush the very first time I tried one of their products, and Ive been obsessed ever since. Even if you dont take baths, they have shower, hair, skin, perfume, glitter, and much much more!!

I used to use alot of bath products but I prefer Moons Harvest (the bath melts are fabulous). I blogged Lush products for yrs and spent hundreds of dollars and never gave me anything free!!! Some of the Xmas stuff is cute but thats it. Cant leave without spending a couple hundred, but fun to go there!!!!

I watched a viral video on TikTok of some very rude customer that people call “Karen’s” arguing with two lush employees from this store and she was not only continuously arguing but then proceeded to put on a mesh mask regardless of Lush’s guidelines to enter a store. A employee named Tylee was SO patient and kind to the rude customer and the customer asked to see management and she was part of the leading positions... thank you for keeping everyone safe during covid-19 and thank you for standing up for not just your stores rules but everyone else’s health and safety during a pandemic! I didn’t get the other name of the second employee but the video is on @bcuz333 tik tok!

Very helpful and friendly staff! There are many skin/hair/etc. products available there. Their products are wholesome and I trust them whilst using them for myself and my family. If you have a question about anything they carry their staff is more than happy to help. We will definitely be going back. We get the Baby Bot bath bomb for our boys and we love it. It nourishes their skin while also relaxing them with a soft lavender essence.

The employees here are consistently friendly and knowledgable about their products. Yes, the products do have higher price tags but you get what you pay for! It’s a sincere company that is vegan friendly, natural, and not animal tested. The variety is endless and they will go to the end of the earth to find product(s) that work for you.

Generally this shop is a must stop when visiting The Village! I love checking out their new products and like the variety of products they offer. Its also nice that you can try some things in store before purchasing. Staff is often a little too helpful but I suppose they have to be careful of people stealing.

We all know the products are great. But what I want to talk about is the customer service. I walked into lush for the first time ever 2 months ago. Needless to say I was confused and a little overwhelmed. But the employee, Riley, greeted me when I walked in and was incredible! She walked with me around the store and showed me what everything was. Theyre super lucky to have such a great employee like her

Okay I was addicted to buying lush products all of last year and I would go any time I got the chance. The girls workin there started to recognize me since I would go in all the time and they didn’t even bother me when I walked in because they knew I already knew what i wanted. Never had a bad experience here! They should try to get a bigger location at the village because when it’s busy it gets really loud and crowded real quick!

Ive loved using every product I have ever bought from LUSH. I love their environment friendliness. The facial care bars do not leave an oily feel on my face.

So Im a dude and this isnt a typical place I go in or any guy goes in but I was visiting my daughter and she wanted to go in and get some samples of their charcoal toothpaste tablets. I was intrigued but for all you guys out there be prepared to be overwhelmed with the strongest perfume youve ever experienced. Almost makes you gag! Once I caught my breath I realized the place is full of bathsoaps and all kinds of body products. We went straight to the tablets and the sales girl who greeted us was very pleasant. Ive now used the samples for 4 days and really love the product. Not sure if I notice a significant improvement in the whiteness of my teeth but I like the flavor and the amount of foam it creates.

So incredibly over priced! $10 for 3.3 ounces of shampoo and $8-10 for a bath bomb. I get that its all made with natural ingredients but come on!

Ive never had a bad experience with lush but I went in today, it was early, and they were letting me test so many things and try out a bunch of products and the ones I wasnt sure they gave me free samples. The process is spendy but the quality and how long they last is so worth it to me

Went about a month ago and Heather walked me through a ton of moisturizing products. My skin has been so dry since I moved here from SoCali. I ended up with an ultra moisturizing face scrub let the good times roll it smells like a bakery every time and a sample of Celestial face cream. I went back for the full sized version. My skin looks dewy. I look at it in the mirror and its impressive. Cheyanne also introduced me to another face scrub and an amazing rose smelling face mask. Ill keep going back. I love the products and the people!

Fun place to hang out and smell the products. They sell luxury items that are a little overpriced, but the staff is friendly and are fans of the products they sell. Sometimes during the day or weekends it is really crowded and not fun to be there during those times. Youll leave smelling nice :)

I usual am a huge fan of lush, until tonight. I purchased a bomb on 12/14, just used it and it didnt dissolve like they usually do and the most disturbing part is I found a wad of black hair in the bomb and a nasty mushy slimy part that wouldnt disolve! I dont have black hair. Im not sure I want to buy from lush again. Im disappointed and disgusted.

It is Always clean and organized, Fully Stocked. They have a Wide Variety of Products Targeting specific needs and all around well being. Their Products will Solve Damage Caused by Unnatural Products to The Hair, Skin, and Body. Great for Gifts or Stocking the home full of Goodies. The Store itself is Large compared to other Lushs. The store can be very crowded During Holiday Releases. Stock up on your favorites, Some Products are Seasonal. They are always coming out with new Fun things to try! All Products are Unisex and Multipurpose. The Wonderful People whom work their keep me coming back. I Absolutely love going into this store, Especially when im having a hard day. The girls Remember me and Which Products i use regularly and which ones i didnt quite like. I love to share my excitement with them on how Great things are working. Ive never felt Obligated to buy a product. The Customer Service is Beyond Amazing. All Around this is my Favorite Place to shop and im so Glad they are Here in our Community making a Difference.
