Great service! They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment last minute on the same day. They also knew the exact dimensions of our door after learning who built our home. Plenty of options available for windows to go in your door at a fair price. We even got our product within the next few days! Im not sure if it was luck or good service, but Im going with the service because it was wonderful from start to end. Definitely have my recommendation!

We went to their shop to look at doors and Michael came out to measure 11 doors at our house. He promised to provide a quote within a week. No quote came and he wasnt returning phone calls or voice messages. I called his boss to see what was going on and that got Michael to call me back. He told me he hadnt gotten to my order because a more important client had changed their order 8 times, so he wasnt able to meet his commitment to me. He promised again to get my order to me the next week, but didnt do it. He is not returning text messages or e-mails.This was a waste of everyones time. Why go to all that trouble of meeting with us twice Michael if youre just going to ghost us? Does your boss know that you just lost him a $6,000 because you couldnt be bothered to put together a quote?

Was given a quote for a new door and frame by Mark. The original quote was for around $500 after agreeing to that quote. Mark changed the price to $800 when I asked to speak with his boss about this Bryan said I should just pay the difference. This is not the type of customer service I would like anyone to experience.
