They found solution with problems after installation assuring our satisfaction -- changing the shape our cutting board with a sink we did not buy from this company.

We had the Nutrino Bordeaux granite installed in our kitchen. It is a beautiful slab which Artistic Tile and Granite cut to exact specifications. The installers showed up on time when expected and completed the install with no issues. I had some questions which I thought of later and the owner of the company came to my house and answered them all. Customer service from this company is absolutely outstanding and the value for the product and install was fair. I would recommend Artistic Tile and Granite for any of your counter top needs.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Marks experience really shows and he keeps your needs and concerns at the forefront of the project the whole time. Picking out slabs from the various places they partner with was probably what took the most time and effort. But because they work with all the best places in the valley, youll eventually find what youre looking for. Be patient with that part of the process in particular. The installers were awesome, friendly and did an amazing job. The finished product exceeded expectations all around. I really enjoyed working with Rocky and Charles. They are a first class act. Rocky even met me at the granite places on a Saturday morning to educate me on picking out the material for my counter. Talked with the owner told me demo was no problem we will remove counters, Then Relace so you have a work surface for a week until we come back and install. This was a complete fabrication when it came down to it he said they don’t do demo do to liability. so my recommendation would be to find a different place that will actually do what they say they’re going to do. This is a company that apparently doesn’t need any real local business around town. so I would find someone that is willing to help an average customer instead of a contractor.

I did not employ his services, I did, however spend 45 minutes with a very knowledgeable man who was more than happy to help me and give me his very valuable time to explain how to solve my problem. Thank you Charles! I have fixed my very old sink problem without having to involve my landlord who is very ill at the moment. Should I ever have the blessing to do a kitchen remodel you will be the only contractor I call for my counters

Friendly, fast, helpful and professional. Its nice to feel so good after a rather large and complicated job is finished. Everyone who sees our granite counter tops comment on the joinery and flow of the stone layout. Usually, the first word out of their mouths is wow!

When a company tells you nothing is perfect the minute they walk through the door, I had to wonder. I can guarantee this company is nothing perfect. From the person we chose our granite with, the template, to the installers, our experience was nothing close to perfect. First we RAN to catch up to man showing us the granite because he really didnt have time for us. The tempting is so outdated compare to others because they dont want to spend the money for laser measures( from their mouths) Because it was not laser measured, it came wrong in every way. He did measure backsplashes correctly and they came standard which ours were not. Luckily we had enough to be remade. They gouged out walls, had to cut corners on sight and complained totally it was my walls not their work. The seams are visible (they marker them to blend) and the edges against walls are open on top and closed at bottom or vise versa. I again got the nothing is perfect excuse. So if you are wanting quality work, even though the granite company recommended them, I would look elsewhere! Surely someone in this town measures with a laser so the work is excellent. This company accepts mediocre and says it is the best they can do. I was very disappointed. Plus if your other trades set your time back they dont budge.. Your work will be set back perhaps a month or more. My work was close to $10,000 and I didnt get what I paid for in the end. The granite wasnt even polished well! We Had rough areas everywhere and it looks dull.
