Everyone at ace is always helpful they all go out of their way to find what your looking for & order it if need be . Everyone there is super cool. Its my go to store.

Customer service is always second to none. Every time I go in I am greeted by a smiling face and asked if I need any help. Not many place have this level of customer service anymore. A credit to all the management and employees that work there, keep up the good work!

The prices are higher but you can get an employee to help you fairly easily unlike the another place where if you need help or have a question, well...Im not sure what you would do. The little gift area has nice things that are unique. I definitely recommend it for home warming or any gift giving occasion.

Employees are nice, and welcomed us when we came in. Several employees even came up to us while we were there and asked if we were finding what we were looking for. Huge assortment of everyday needs, and i loved the home decor. I ended up getting some things for my moms birthday. She loved everything I got, and said the candles smelt awesome!

Broadmoor Ace did an exceptional job getting our residents portable Ac. Never have I seen such prompt and friendly service. Thank you so much you all.

Ace IS the place with the helpful hardware man, from Mark, Jared and Mr. Jimmy all the up toMiss Nan at the register they go out of there way to make sure you find what you need in their store. Cant beat it the prices are reasonable especially for the level of service you get.

Great customer service here! It is nice when you walk into a store and know that each employee is going to be super helpful and amazing. Richie always helps me with various projects. You honestly could not ask for better service. I wish ACE sold lumber, so that I would not have to go to Lowes and deal with that store. When you go to Lowes, you never know what type of experience you will have. When you go to ACE, you always know that your experience is going to be great when you deal with the employees.

Each employee who work at Ace is very helpful, you offer help without asking. I always go to other stores but Ace is the one who provide the best customer service and find the right product in the first place.

Lots of choices, especially gifts and such during this season. I simply needed a sink screen for my faucet, they had it. Its closeto home, easy in and out, helpful friendly staff. Love ACE!

The Broadmoor Shopping Center Ace Hardware is a catch all hardware/tool/garden/knicknack store. Ive ran in a few times looking for oddity tools and always found what I needed. They have a very helpful and cheerful staff. On my last visit they didnt have what I was looking for (I am assuming it was out of season at the time.) My reason for 4 stars versus 5 is the cluttered feel I get. It isnt a very large store front to begin with, and with the amount of product they carry it fills up quick. It was a little difficult for me to navigate due to the clutter but other than that, this is a jam up place to quickly grab what you need for a home DIY project!

Wow what can you say but its one of the best places to shop in Meridian. The staff is amazing. And the GM Shane is the best he always goes way above what he needs to make sure your well taken care of.
