Brighton jewelry at first is bright and shiny baubles, but they dont tell you is that it is expensive costume jewelry that tarnishs in a blink of an eye! If you are only going to wear it for a season and toss it, then this stuff is for you. But if you want pieces that last that you can pass on, then do yourself a favor and go to a reputable jeweler and spend the extra cash. I dont know how much I spent on this jewelry for my wife, but never again! Their chains are the absolute worst.

Terrible customer service. Tried to find something to replace an old piece of theirs and didnt even try to help- cheap jewelry, broke easy, and cant fix it OR find a replacement because its an older piece (but we just bought it two months ago?) And I get that they dont carry it, but there was no effort made to even be kind.

Dont get me wrong i love Brighton jewelry and mostly buy online but for last minute gifts i have to go to a store.Every time when i go to a store just because i dont wear fancy shoes or clothes or have pounds of makeup on me it doesnt mean Im not buying anything.Few of us walked in to a store but this lady made sure she said hi to everyone but me,but she remained me to sanitize my hands I also carry my sanitizer everywhere and i have just cleaned my hands when i came in .And just saying i was the only one to make purchase.Thanks

They have some very nice ladies accessories here. Even by local artisans here in Idaho. The staff is patient, helpful, theyre differently a class act.They bake yummy cookies and have small bottle water that fit in most purses.Its lovely little store located in Meridian Village. My mom found a beautiful purse. It was exactly what she needed for church.Size, length, depth. Just perfect. She balked at the price of this gorgeous purse. We talked to dad and soon we returned to get it.My mom really loves her new purse.

Initial experience was good, but upon exchanging a charm necklace, the assistant manager Tracy was rude, rushed us and was misleading about the promo offer regarding the charm bracelet. If people are going to be personalizing a charm necklace or bracelet, don’t rush them and close the drawers before they had the chance to look at everything in it.

I always shop here for Brighton jewelry for my wife! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They do special events to help you learn about their products. They also keep a list so I can bring my wife n, she can pick out items that she likes, and they will take note of it. Then when I come back in alone, they pull the notes and I cant go wrong picking something out.

I took my purse in several weeks ago to get cleaned. When I got it back I was in a hurry, so I didnt get a chance to look it over in the store. But, at a glance it didnt look any better.When I did, I could see they hadnt clean it at all. Nothing was done. The original stains and smells were still evident which leads me to believe they did not clean the purse. Inside was not touch either.I will never go back to that store.
