101 Mobility is likely the most professional durable medical equipment vendor weve ever dealt with, and weve dealt with some good ones. From the first consult to the smooth and beautiful installation of our new Liko patient lift system, the whole process has been great. AJ explained everything really well and the installers did a super job. Extra thanks to the guy who had to crawl around our attic space since it was a hot day. I would recommend this company for sure. Our lift system is working perfectly for our daughter and it actually looks good in the room. I needed battery replacement and general check-up on my exterior wheelchair lift. They sent me an invoice so I knew in advance exactly what the cost would be - which I thought was great.The battery supplier sent the tech the wrong batteries which he didnt discover until he got to my house. It was necessary for him to exchange the batteries and return. He couldnt come back the same day because he had 2 other service calls scheduled that afternoon but he came back first thing in the morning on his next work day. He was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, and talked about other services available. I would absolutely recommend 101 Mobility
