We had an AIRE IK that had a defective bladder, and we were completely taken care of. Ryder was extremely kind, and gave us helpful information about the repair process. I want to take a second a voice my appreciation for Aire Rafts.The service shop, without hesitation, fixed my aging raft, replacing handles and the floor. The boat is roughly 11 years old and the warranty ended after 10. Still, your crew backed your work. No hassle; nothing but great service. This may be a common practice for your company, but it was a welcome surprise to this old man.You have generated a dedicated customer.

Delivered a damaged kayak for a son that was supppse to call and leave pertenate info, which of course he didnt. Management took over, handled the situation, relieved us from the damaged craft so we could be back on the road. Many thanks to this company for their assistance.

Aire products are premium. After trying hard shell kayaks so happy to have finally found my boat. Stable, responsive and surprisingly fast on the river (Aire Lynx 1). As a Canadian who relies on their phone customer service, I must say its excellent. They go above and beyond for their customers. Always providing helpful tips and seeing an issue till its resolved. My only wish is that were more Aire products sold in Canada but Im more than willing to pay the exchange and shipping because every boat and accessory is worth it. LOVE AIRE!!!

I have had a Aire lynx 2 since 1998 use it in the ocean salt water environment drag it over rocks clam beds sand gravel and still holds aire after 18 years of use . Also there customer support is really good they answer you really fast . This is a great company probably the best at what they do There boats are well worth the money . They really last and can take a beating.

Great Idaho company. My 16ft cataraft tubes are well crafted, and have lasted for over a decade with heavy use. I have checked out other products, including top line duckies, and their affordable line, GREAT. Sure they outsource some work to China, but it is still quality, and they do employ a bunch of folks right here in the good ol USA.
