Choice of options were explained clearly where other companies just told me thats the way it is done. Office help were polite and returned calls asap. Courteous and Professional would definitely use again

$238 to change a $15 battery! Profiting from a captive audience, too many other good options now on the market.

Their customer service is abominable. Their battery dies, or their switch dies, and they charge you $50 to show up, $95 for 15 minutes of work, and then they get offended when you complain. Do NOT use them. Only commercial properties would use them, and even then, Im not sure why.
