I travel all the way from Brooklyn just to get my waxing done by Lisa B.! I highly recommend!! Ive been to other locations but I cant help but fall in love with my experience here. Parking is a breeze, the waiting area and facility is nice and clean. Lisa B is the sweetest and Ill always be a loyal customer just because of her!! Took a long break from waxing due to pregnancy and was petrified to get back into it, but of course she made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you Lisa B!!!

Today was my first time here and boy am I glad I went! Ive had trouble finding a good spot to get my eyebrows done in the past and after reading some good reviews, I decided to give this EWC a try. They have super clean facilities, really friendly staff and the results were amazing! I absolutely recommend Christina - she was so helpful and my eyebrows came out great!! Cant wait to go back!

Recently had my eyebrows waxed by Christina (first time in a year since covid happened) and let me tell you, she brought them back to life! I have thin eyebrows and have been trying to grow them in for forever. I went to Christina and she knew exactly what I wanted and how they should be shaped. She even filled them in and everything. I was so happy with the results, i almost left in happy tears. I even bought the eyebrow liner and powder she used. I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for a great waxer, especially if you’re protective over your eyebrows!

Efficient pleasant staff

Always cancel appointments at the last minute, especially when you book early in the morning. This is the second time they canceled my morning appointment and they are not accommodating....taking my service elsewhere

I’ve been a long time customer at this European Wax Center location in Merrick. From the first visit to many times after I’ve always had a great experience here. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions they are happy to answer them.The wax specialist I’ve been going to for several years now is Veronica. She is very knowledgeable and informative to suggest the right products to use to prep yourself for a better waxing experience. She makes you feel comfortable even for the most nervous first time customers. I’ve had sent a few of my friends to see her as well for an appointment and they were completely satisfied with the superb customer service. I would highly recommend her for anyone.They have packages that you can purchase ahead of time in a group to use as you go, which usually gives you a cheaper rate rather than pay as per appointment. For first time customers they have some services for free. All other services you get on your first visit they usually give 50%off. Throughout the year they will have promotions for products and services as well.

This place is well run, very clean and many waxers available. Many products to purchase.I have always used Kelly H. She is a lovely young woman. Always helpful, looks to accommodate your special needs. Always makes you feel comfortable during times you need to leave all modesty behind.We always have great talks and a great experience.

The entire team has incorporated COVID-19 protocols, showing its commitment to providing a safe and still friendly atmosphere during visits! Brava!

EWC Merrick is my favorite location. Customer service is the best there and I’ve been to many on LI. Management is clearly on top of their game and it shows. The girls do a great job at educating you on the products and not just pushing the sale. Super clean and bright location. I highly recommend it.

Iliana is incredible! She is so talented, and listens to what the customer wants. Myself,My husband and my daughter all see her and we are in love! The front desk is extremely accommodating and friendly! Always a pleasure!

I had the best experience at the Merrick location! The girls at the front desk were so welcoming, my waxer was super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, and I had a very comfortable visit. I will keep coming back here instead of the other locations I have been to.

Merrick location is my go to spot! Don’t get me wrong the brand itself it great but the Merrick location never disappoints is customer service. Le Bre & Christina G are personable, kind, and do amazing work. I’ve been waxing for years and somehow when they wax me it doesn’t hurt which is crazy. They have taken time to master their craft! The front reception staff is helpful and knowledgeable of products. They take the time to answer all questions and actually remember the stories you tell them. Merrick also fields their own phone calls so you don’t have to deal with an automated system. Highly recommend this location and Le Bre & Christina G.!

EWC of Merrick is my favorite place! Everyone is always very welcoming and understanding. Kelly H has been my waxer for years now and she is amazing! Always takes her time and is always very professional! I would recommend this location to everyone.

Service is good but the place is really dirty now, I started visiting this location about 6 months ago and I loved it because it was always a clean environment, took my daughter yesterday and noticed how dirty it is if their facilities are like that it makes me think about the employees tools.

You tell your customers to wear masks, yet the short blond waxer doesn’t wear a mask . Walks around drinking an ice coffee. Violates health codes. Unprofessional.

Made an appointment here for the first time and was serviced by Denise. It was my first time ever being waxed so I was really, really nervous. She made me feel SOOOOO comfortable, did a great job and it didn’t even hurt!I love it here and I will continue to come here and be serviced by Denise!

Iliana is an amazing waxer! She has excellent precision and I always receive many compliments on the perfection of my brow shape. She truly cares about her clients, and makes great conversation during each session. 10/10 recommend

This place is GREAT!! A totally different waxing experience from the nail salon waxing Im accustomed to. Its clean, no double dipping, the staff are great and they sell awesome products like the ingrown hair serum. Ive already recommended several friends here & received $5 off for each referral.

This location is amazing! Best customer service I have ever received within this company. I used to go to the levittown & farmingdale locations and let me tell you that dont even compare to European Wax in Merrick! Shari & Ashley up front were so friendly, kind, & helpful. And do not even get me started on my lovely waxer- Christina!!!!!! She knows her brows. I had an unfortunate experience with farmingdale and they ruined my eyebrows. But thank god for Christina bc she brought them back to LIFE. She even took the time to recommend a growth brow serum at ulta, tell me about the companys sleep mask for the face for hydration -which I bought, AND if that wasnt enough she filled my brows in and SLAYED. I definitely walked in and strutted out. I cant wait to come back in 4 weeks. Thank you again girls, you are all wonderful.

( I am specifically making this comparison to Levittown, Garden City, & Lawrence).HoursThey have much better flexible hours** seriously!ServicesEven if you do not have a consistent waxer, they are all fare about the same which is super important when you have limited time.Space & cleanlinessSpacious, clean and good customer service.
