I took 4 very unpleasantly memorable trips to Jerusalem Auto recently and I must say Eddie and his son Peter dont really seem like the kind of individuals that want to satisfy the people that they do business with. After spending all my hard earned money to purchase what thought was a decent first car I ended up dealing with some complications. After advertising and selling me the car with a nearly fully functioning navigation infotainment system I noticed the touch screen display had been functioning improperly. The touch screen not working properly was not the end of the world as it only needed the digitizer to be replaced. He told me this would be taken care of at his expense and it seemed to be no problem. It was shortly after I found myself reaching out to find out more information on the arrival of the part he told me he ordered. When asked for more information about the approximate repair date Ed started to treat me like I was a bother and need up getting really nasty with me on the phone. There was even a phone call where he told me to just bring his f***ing car back and he would refund me. Things continued to get out of hand when I was finally able to have the screen replaced just for Ed to tell me while replacing the infotainment system something was done incorrectly and the navigation screen no longer works. When I asked if ed planned on correcting his mistake he adamantly refused and told me that he was being nice by fixing it in the first place. It finally came time for me to pick my car up, and despite having a discussion about coming to get the car I showed up the next evening only to sit and wait for 2 hours. I just began to inspect the new infotainment system when I looked up and saw ed just get in his car and drive away immediately after handing me the key. I believe this had to be the case because ed told me over the phone that only my navigation screen no longer worked, just for me to find out I can no longer access the menu or destination screens that I was once able to. This is what those screens look like now....Avoid this place if you want to get your moneys worth and avoid a headache.

I just bought a vehicle from Jerusalem Auto and I must say working with Peter and Eddie was a dream come true. I NEVER thought Id ever say that about car sales people, as they get a really bad wrap, but they were fair in the pricing. Meaning, the number I saw on the internet was the actually number the car was going for. There was no funny business with tacked on dealer fees and scams. Being a woman, Im always leary about getting riped off, or taken for a ride when walking into a dealership by myself, but that was not the case here. The day before Id had a very underwhelming experience at Great Neck Motors, where they performed a bait and switch; presenting me with a 4K hike on the price advertised and then saying there was nothing they could do about it. To make matters worse they tried to run, what seemed like a scam, where at the end of the sale they called me saying Theres a problem. Well, ok, once you here this you know the numbers you spoke about were actually a pipe dream. They said theyd forgotten to add the taxes to an already high note, and I was like SEE YA. I wasted no time looking for the same model car, and found it at Jerusalem, where they did not run any of those scams and gimmicks. I already am telling friends and family about this awesome little jewel and I wish them all the best. Thanks a million Peter and Eddie!

I bought a 2006 BMW X5 from Eddie at Jerusalem Auto and the experience was wonderful. The car was in beautiful condition and the price was very fair. Eddie is extremely kind, friendly, and patient. I brought a code reader with me to scan the OBD system and accidentally reset the emissions monitors in the process of clearing the codes. After I bought the car, Eddie had to drive the car for literally several hours over the course of two days so that the car could pass inspection (which it did). I felt horrible for wasting so much of his time, but Eddie did this without making me feel like I had done anything wrong. Ive owned the car for two months now and just drove it to and from Chicago, 12 hours each way, without any issues. This is an honest, kind, and straightforward dealership and I would not hesitate to buy another car here again in the future. Highly recommended.

My cousin went there he did not speak English he saw a Nissan 2008 car for 3900. Since his car was giving him problem he decided to approach eddy to buy the car. Eddy took advantage of him since he did not speak English. My cousin had a credit score of 767. He had a good credit score. Eddy gave him a loan with credit acceptance of $14.000 thousands dollars for 4 1/2 years. My cousin knew nothing about the loan. When I called and raised hell and requesting that he terminate the loan on my cousin name. I paid him cash for the car. He made me pay extra fees to cancel the loan. Plus in the loan documents eddy puts that he sold the car to my Cousin the car for $6500 something my cousin knew nothing about. Eddy is thief. Do not trust this guy. Do not buy car from Eddy there. If I was not there my cousin would of gotten robbed. Please go somewhere else. You can’t trust Eddy and his business. The car was only $3900 in the loan document he jack up the price to $6500 dollars. Never gave my cousin the paperwork for loan he created on his name. I had to logged in to credit acceptance to see the disaster these guy created on my cousin’s name. Please read the comments don’t trust this guy. He is a crook. Eddy bad business will not make your business grow. Trust me someone will shut your door down.

I was in the market looking for a reliable used car to buy for my parents, i ended up visiting Jerusalem auto inc in Merrick online and saw a 2005 Nissan Maxima, the car look very clean however I was out of town wasn’t able to be at the dealership but after speaking to one of they staff I was comfortable enough to send my dad to see the car and they took great care of him and also gave him a fair deal my mom and dad loves the car.....I would and will recommend Jerusalem auto inc to anyone that’s looking for a reliable use car.

Very Good Vehicles

I went here to find a specific car audi 2006. From cargurus the car cost 4,500 on the website. When i got their he said all his cars come with a 2 year warantee. After i was about to buy the car he lied and told me the car was going to cost me 7,800 with my down payment of 1,480 with finance.when he first lied and told me all i need was 1000 down. But no he had hidden fees as tag title registration. That made the down payment 1480. And then he told me the car was to old for warantee. Be aware! Its the worst car dealership ever. With in 2 weeks the engine light came on. And their is a radiator leak. Because i put in and it always drains out. The car came with no gas. No floor mats. No spare tire. No jack. The brake lights didnt work. One headlight out. The oil was black and thin. Fuelpump sensor was bad also. Looked like the car been sitting since 2006. if i had the choice again i would have never buy from this scammer named eddie. Worst lier ever. Worst part the cars in terrible conditions when he sells them to you for a outragous price. I could have buy a way nicer newer car for 7,800 us dollars. He was not able to help me trade or nothing after. He said i would have to pay the loan off first. For that i wish i could give this place 0 rating. Be careful. And do know this man is a lier, and a Scammer for your money.
