This is the type of shop you never want to frequent (I mean, who likes cracking their screens?!) but I had a wonderful experience with the team at the Merrick location. Pricing was very competitive, and as of this writing, they had some deals up on Groupon too. Amidst a very busy time of year, I dropped my device off one afternoon and had it back in hand the next morning. They back their repairs with a 180-day warranty, so time will tell as to the longevity of the glass they use and the workmanship of the repair itself - so far so good though...Thank you!

These guys are absolute pros. When my daughters iPad lighting cable broke off in the charging port, I tried to get the piece out myself and failed, in the process damaging the port. iFixScreens Merrick happened to be nearby, so I called and got a very reasonable quote on a repair. I dropped it off and less than two hours later got a call back that my iPad was ready to be picked up! Ive looked online at what is involved in replacing the charging port on an iPad, and it is not easy, involving removing a lot of components and soldering in replacement parts. The iPad is now as good as new and my daughter is thrilled (and so am I that I didnt have to buy a new one!). Thanks very much! Will definitely be using this company for all my device repairs.

Over the course of the last 2 to 3 years, I have had several devices repaired by this shop, including two broken iPhone screens in the last 24 hours (don’t ask, long story!). The service is always prompt, professional, friendly, and fairly priced.This morning, for the very first time, I was not completely happy with the job that was done. No questions asked, no argument or hassle, the job was promptly redone to my full satisfaction.Eventually, there will be a problem, no matter what the product or service. I’ve been coming to this location for few years and the guys here are awesome. Always knowledgeable and friendly. The prices for the service is comparable if not better than anywhere else. My most recent experience was today, my iPhone 11 Pro Max needed the front and rear glass repaired. Local shops did not even want to touch the phone because once you change the screen on the Pro Max, the phone gives you a warning that the screen was changed (even If you take the phone to Apple). Needless to say, in just a few days I have my phone back, like new and no warnings about the screen being replaced. A++++

I have a large 12.9 inch first generation iPad and it was dropped and the screen cracked . I called many places and this place was the least expensive . Almost anyone in this business will tell you that these ipads are very difficult to fix. The kind gentleman down there went out of his way to get it to me quickly. It worked for a half of a day and malfunctioned. It was more than just the screen that was damaged because it fell very hard. He took it back and repaired some of the software for no charge. That is good customer service. At first I feared the worst because of the fall it had endured and I was correct but because he fixed the screen and gave it back to me he went the whole way to satisfy me . I’m sorry that I forgot the Asian gentleman’s name but he was extremely kind and I totally recommend him. Go there !

Brought my iPhone in because I thought I needed a new loudspeaker, rings and any audio were very faint. Because it was an easy fix they cleared it up for no cost. Wish I remembered the name of the fellow working this morning. I will recommend these guys to any friend who needs a repair.

Excellent. Grown adult counter person, most likely the owner, knowledgeable and he’s the technician doing the work. You can see him doing the repairs. No back room mystery. Three other stores didn’t have the parts and the prices were twice or 50% more. They all wanted my password so I had to wipe the iPad Air 2 but this gentleman said no I don’t need it. Honest. Done in two hours. Go here.

My son cracked his iPad screen and after speaking with Jeff he knew precisely the correct part and said to bring it over and that it will take about 2hrs. While I was there I asked if he could repair my iPhones earpiece speaker which was very very low. He said no problem and fixed the iPhone in literally less than 10 minutes! These guys are AMAZING! After finding out first-hand that iPhone screens arent resistant to 10lb weights, I scheduled an appointment with Apple for 5pm the FOLLOWING DAY. I was recommended to bring it to iFixScreens and see if they could resolve my issue, and WOW did they deliver! 15 minutes later and I walked out with a fully repaired iPhone, for less than it wouldve cost me at Apple (and much earlier than Apple couldve delivered)... Unless you have AppleCare or some deal where Apple might cover your repair (keep in mind your limited warranty does NOT cover cosmetic damage), I HIGHLY recommend using these guys!

The guy there helped out my son quickly with his IPad problem and we left extremely satisfied.

Broken LCD, got it replaced, and glass back replaced on samsung s8, costed around $400. 2 weeks later my lcd breaks and I get a pink line on the left side of my phone and now I have 2 green lines next to that pink line. And glass back is almost about to fall off, in an otter box case. I was satisfied before the 1st pink line appeared on my screen.

So quick and easy getting my glass replaced! Great price too!

Stay away. Billy is awful to deal with, although Jeff was helpful. Billy was rude, sarcastic, and terribly inappropriate, actually yelling at me while Jeff was kindly explaining something to me. Also, they lost the last 8 months of my emails, apparently not realizing they were on my hard drive and not in the cloud. My 3d-party back-up service is helping me retrieve them, but its been a tedious process. They returned my computer with a USER where the back-up they did was stored. When I wanted to be me, and not USER, my computer already had all my data on it under the USER, and didnt have room for it again under me. Also, they didnt load the latest Apple operating system, and told me not to update, so I get update notices all the time. While my computer works better, losing all the data and the hours and hours and hours Ive had to spend so that I could use it at all has been nightmarish, not to mention Billys childishness.

Jeff was awesome replaced my iPhone screen for me within 15 min and took a look at my surface pro screen as well .

So I myself repair phone screens but needed my iPhone 7 repaired at the time and didnt have time to order the part myself because my phone was cracked badly and I needed it asap. I replaced my phone 3-4 months ago with these crooks I knew the price they were offering was lower because it is NOT an Apple certified screen. Regardless after they fixed my phone I had issues immediately, I never had an after market phone screen for myself but the issues were minor where Id have to lock and unlock my phone every so often to get the phone to work properly and the colors on the screen werent as vibrant as they should be. Today I decided to open my phone and repair it myself now that I have the parts and noticed some very funny stuff. First off, they glued the sensors of my iPhone 7 back to the phone (something youre not supposed to do) and to add on to this, they left screws out of the phone. Being that I do repairs myself, I know they did this in the event that something else is wrong with the phone (your screen starts to flicker, battery issues etc.) you will go back to them to fix something (because they did such a great job repairing your screen right?) that shouldve never had an issue to begin with. The screws are meant to hold specific things in a specific place and without that you will just have parts and cables bound to break inside. They earned your trust with the repair, you think they did you a favor, yet they played with the inside of your phone to make sure that you will be back. Im giving my input for everyone to proceed with caution with this place and go to a retailer, or Apple themselves to repair your phone.
