Good breakfast, reasonably priced

Its an ok diner. Pancakes were thick and fluffy. Eggs were good, cream chipped beef was good. Some of the items could have been hotter.

Food was great. Waitress Courtney was a pleasure and a great waitress. OMG and the food came out so fast it was great!! Well definitely come back on our next visit to this area. Thank you Courtney were sad to go home now. But happy that we had you as our waitress.. and again I love the chandeliers..

Stopped by to get a quick bite/snack. Ordered bagel with cream cheese to go. The cream cheese which didnt taste right, was just a blob right in the center of a burnt hockey puck bagel. Horrible!

Went there last Sunday evening and it wasn’t opened. It was about 5:30. No cars no lights all closed up????

This is my go to diner when I am in the Atlantic City area. The food comes out quick and is fresh. I have yet to be disappointed. The prices are great and I never leave hungry. I prefer to not do breakfast or lunch when I leave Atlantic City so I like to stop at the Phoenix and not deal with all the masses of people the casinos bring in. Definitely worth the visit!

Great food and exceptional service! My wife had eggs benedict w/ scrambled eggs. The hollandaise sauce over the broccoli was a great touch. I had a BBQ pulled pork sandwich which felt like it was 2 pounds heavy! To quote Uncle Leo, Thats some portion! We enjoyed everything and the menu has something for everyone.

We enjoyed having breakfast here 2 times on the way to and from AC. First time I got French toast and I fell in love with it, it was not too sweet, nicely fried, with it I got bacon, eggs and sausage, all came up to $10.25, very good deal for that much food and good quality food. Second I ordered pancakes or hot cakes, not at the top of my list, but they were good. The service is very friendly, they follow all the Corona policies for those who are concern. But the most I love the atmosphere, relaxing 80s music, not a lot of people, good meal, good vibe. Definitely will come here again.The only minus was for me, but i understand the situation, the smell of chemicals was a bit too much, second time we’ve been there it smelled like bleach and other chemicals. But in the same time it is a plus, you know that they definitely cleaning their space 😀

The waitress was not very friendly food was okay except for the burnt toast kind of felt sorry for the guy at the counter ordered a sandwich on toast and his toast was burnt worse than mine. The first picture is what I left behind I usually clean my plate off

Excellent service from the moment we walked in. Greeted and seated right away, waitress brought our coffee so fast after we ordered. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The scrapple was crispy and not greasy. My husband raved about his Golfers omelet. Glad we found this place. In a time where quality service is hard to find, this diner is killing it!

I absolutely love this place, I am fromAstoria queens. Every time I go to Atlantic city I make sure to stop here at least once. The host with the red hair she is so sweet! She definitely has the best service and energy! Loveee her! Every time I come I see her working so hard and doing absolutely everything she takes care of the place very well!

I get it that they are way understaffed but being nasterly told that we have to sit and wait in the lobby for 45 minutes when the diner is empty just rubbed me the wrong way. I dont mind waiting but let me sit at a table like a customer and not heard me into the lobby like a sheep. There are also nicer ways to tell your customers you are short staffed otherwise they wont be back when you are fully staffed. I know I wont be back.

Your standard NJ diner. Showed up for breakfast after leaving the boardwalk, and needed a quick, simple breakfast. Food was quick and made as requested. Coffee could’ve been a little stronger for my tasting, but that doesn’t go against the servers really, just personal preference.
