What an AMAZING experience !!Dona was such a big help in choosing colors, tiles, backsplash, flooring and getting all of the appointments made and solidified. The installers of the flooring were incredibly talented and very professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.Our kitchen is on its way to GORGEOUS!!! Can’t wait to see the final result. 🥰

Cancos tile Merrick has a great selection of tile. Dona is the best. She is extremely patient, caring and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and honest and always does right by the customer. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking to remodel bathrooms, kitchens, etc!!

Needed to tile my entire home. Came here at a friends suggestion. The woman working in the store was very knowledgeable, had a keen eye for design, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Cancos for all of your tiling needs. It is definitely a one stop shop making your renovations painless and easy. (thank you Dona!).

Not nice place to deal with. They bad a very huge mistake with giving me the wrong color grout and wouldn’t fix the mistake. They are arrogant and no apology was given to me. So not nice! Unprofessional! There are nicer tile businesses in Long Island!

Im all about good customer service this place has non to report. Me and my fiancee walked in was not greeted we was looked at and ignored. We continued to walk around not one time anyone asked if we need help or are OK. We was on the way out we still was not asked anything

Awful. I purchased an apartment from my brother who did his living room in tile from this place. I went there with the box of tile to see if I could order more because Im redoing my bathroom,hallway and dining room,and want to match the tile. I didnt see anyone for 20 minutes. It was a ghost store. I came back a month later. A designer was there the time, she looked it up said that tile is discontinued and wasnt more she could do. Another person who worked there said he had the same tile put into his basement and he was sure he had it, he ordered me a sample and told me he would call me when it comes in. I never received a call. A month passed and I called today, the person said my sample was in, I waited for my wife to take the bus home from work so she could watch our baby and I rushed to them before they closed. They ordered the wrong tile. They asked me if i could go pick it up from the warehouse, nonchalantly. I have no idea where the warehouse is. I asked, Tonight? They said no it will be here Monday, so nevermind that. But there was all this time the wrong sample has been sitting in their office and they didnt even bother to call me. No chance of expediting this by the time I pick up on Monday (three days from today) of potential design referencing is going g be wasted. The only reason I am not giving one star is because Im giving them the benefit of the doubt that the tile they fudged will be worth it. Its a long shot.☮️

I stopped by there twice, both times they were closed even though the hours on google and on their website stated they were open. I called another time, once again during what I thought was their business hours, and no one answered. They are right around the corner from my house but I will never TRY to go there again. They lost a customer.

Worst Cancos branch on Long Island! I never have problems at West Babylon location. Not sure what it is with these people, but their customer service sucks and the girl on the phone has a nasty attitude.

This store has a great variety of products for renovating or creating your dream bath or wherever you want to add tile and other flooring.

I stopped in trying to match some tiles that I had purchased there some years ago. I had trouble getting anyone to answer my questions or even pay attention to me. When they did speak to me - the answer was no before I even got the words out. Drove to another Cancos location, got what I needed in about 20 minutes. I like the company but not this outlet.

Absolutely agreed with comment below the woman that works there and answers the phones should not be working there big time attitude nasty she should be fired!!!
