Sub par packing for an antique clock, you ruined it. Use peanuts, or if you can’t use peanuts use paper or air pillows. This is a heavy, valuable item. You cushioned about one inch using 3/16 bubble wrap and one token piece of 1/2”. You need to allow at least 3” and in this case closer to 5”. If you can’t pack it properly I suggest you find another line of work. Ps. I can file my own claim, don’t need you messing anything else up

The clerk would not give me a small piece of packing tape to secure my box. He told me I would have to buy it. When I said youre kidding, he instantly became rude, disrespectful, and nasty. I couldnt believe he was running a business.

Rude and/or indifferent personnel. I did not tape up my Amazon return boxes and they charged me $1 per piece!! What a scam. No customer service, no explanation for the high charge; just take it or leave it attitude. Going to the Freeport store from now on.

My experience was great. One of the things that I love is when I walk into a sstablishment and get greeted. I was greeted with respect and with a smile. All of my questions were answered. I was so happy with the service. I would definitely recommend to everyone too visit this store.Thank you Miguel and Eric for your sevice.

Would rate this lower if it was possible. Horrible communication and customer service. I had a package not get delivered by the guaranteed date. I called corporate immediately after receiving the package late. They instructed me to contact this store since it was shipped from there.I contacted the store and they told me it would take 2 weeks to get the refund. This was in June and still no refund. I called them back today and they told me there would be no refund because the address was incorrect. (Side note: I had deliveries from Amazon and FedEx shipped to the same address without any issues). The guy argued with me and told me it was a fact that the address was wrong even though 2 other services shipped to the exact same address with no delays.I called corporate and they told me that no refund was ever processed from the store level and that now it is too late since it is past the 15 day period. I am currently on hold to talk to a supervisor but bottom line...Avoid this place like the plague, they flat out lied to me about the refund and then wanted to take no responsibility for it. I ship packages every month through UPS for my business and will be switching to FedEx immediately.

I am very happy with all of my experiences at this UPS Store. All of the employees are friendly and professional and I am always made to feel like a valued customer. The new location (only 1 shopping center down the road) is even nicer than the previous one, and with ample parking. I would highly recommend this UPS Store. :)

(Read all) If youre an actual customer to this store you will receive great service from the manager. But if youre having packages redirected here as a non customer, yes even if you did the whole nine (made a ups online account, set this place as your redirected package pickup access point), prepare for a barrage of passive aggressive comments from the manager, I emphasize, the manager. The young guys who work there are extremely great, but this manager will bore you to death with his comments about how he should reject non customer packages, charge you a fee, how he should get out of this program he has to be in as franchise. But why is that my problem, why do I have to hear this each time? When I buy from a store and they ship packages VIA UPS isnt the service paid for already?And Thats the main problem with this store, its a franchise, so UPS corporate can ask him to not be a *insert favorite French word* and keep his complaints to himself and give courteous service, but its not guaranteed. Just find a corporate run UPS store and have your packages redelivered there. Ill do this to avoid this maniac potentially damaging my products because I dont trust him now. And my chances of becoming a customer are now 0 because I will never give business to someone like him. Creating beef with strangers and making petty comments? Id say hes all about his money because hell treat customers right but he slanders non customers, so actually he doesnt understand the meaning of potential customers. Youve been warned!

I have a small business of French hard candies and chocolates. I work with a large website and I ship about 25 to 100 small cartons a week depending on the season - I can only praise the staff of this UPS store, they have been the most helpful, nice and very professional since day one and my candy business is almost four year old they also have taken care for me of large shipments of other food products to Canada, France and India and they have been helpful in the tracking when problem aroseI am very satisfied and can only recommend this UPS store.

I was dreading having to deal with getting documents printed, notarized, and overnight them to my daughter while I was visiting. UPS store was the absolute last place I wanted to be spending my time, but Jonah made the experience fun (yes, truly!) and went out of his way to help me get everything done as efficiently and painlessly as possible. If Im going to review a UPS store.... Then this place gets 5 stars. Ive come in here a handful of times (always for returning online purchases) and they go above and beyond every time. Everyone is so friendly, quick and polite. Beats waiting in line at the post office.

Avoid this UPS if you run a business that requires shipping items to customers to some degree of high standard. They advertise professional packaging and shipping but the store is operated by people with little concern about their customers items. I recently had to ship out a device to a client that was well over $1000. Jonah was the kid that took my order. However, this UPS shipped out three pairs of used tennis shoes instead of the device my client paid for. My item was eventually found somewhere in the store after i called, which was then poorly packaged with just brown paper and no padding (according to my client). will no longer be using this store for shipping and packaging.

Wow where do I start. I paid $125 to ship an expensive collectible item and asked them to package it so I could see the final product. The girl who helped me was doing it then the other guy working there said they wouldnt do it then stopped her and told me to pack it myself. While packing it, it didnt fit so then he told me thats why they do the packing and then told me to take my money back and leave. I went to another store and they were great had no problem with anything.

Quite possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. This place and the people who work here are trash(Im aware thats strong language). They lost my package I sent to my family containing all our Christmas gifts. As a UPS store they have one job, to send packages from point A to point B and they were incapable of accomplishing that task. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! There is a fed-ex shipping nearby, just use them. Carrier pigeon is a better way to send items than this place. Putting your items in a bottle and releasing it into the Ocean will have a better chance of making it your destination than giving it to these people. Maybe they have a horde of all the stuff they have lost somewhere in the store, wouldnt be surprised. The only reason you should use this place is if your garbage cans at home are full and you need this UPS store to deliver your excess trash into oblivion because apparently thats where my package is. DO NOT GO HERE

Super people to deal with. Im in there maybe once per week to ship out products from my office. Theyre efficient, polite and simply get the job done. I saw the negative reviews and can only think that they are not telling the whole story as each time Im in there, its always a good experience.

Ive been to this UPS store a few times. The staff has been pleasant and can meet your shipping needs with the ability to leave packages to be shipped after youve done your labeling at your own home/office. The only issue with this location is that the parking here is limited.

I use UPS Store frequently and I been to most of them all over the Island. This is very efficient, clean and professional location. Staff is very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. Parking is tough specially on Friday.

I came in by the back and I could not see the copiers so I thought it was going up stairs. Immediatelly I realized I was not supposed to be there and came down.Instead of being greated I was received with a guy telling me I should have common sense and not go upstairs, in a very mean way. I asked where could I make some copies and he said I should use the design computer. I had with me my laptop because all my documents for printing where there and with my USB as I know how this printing places work (I was the manager of one). So he looks at me while I am putting my stuff down and he says well you cant hook your computer, again in a very mean way. I turn around and told him he has no custumers skills at all and left I dont need this kind of agravation.I was coming to print a pesentation of 45 color pages and after checking it I was going to do order 50 more copies binded. I guess I just should go back to my old place, I was trying to find something closer to home where I could feel like at home. Well definitely not here....
