New staff since the last time I was in there and they are fantastic. No pressure into buying a bed anymore. Lady helped me for an hour just to find the right pillow for me.

It was a pleasant visit, they didnt have a momory foam option due to restricted place, however they are moving soon to a location where there be more space and all available options be on the floor. Since the space is limited, had to wait a bit for each bed to be open to try on, one of the bed was right across from the cash register which was akword due to people standing right there and youre trying a bed with your shoes off and no privacy at all, not a big deal, lady that was a sales person was very helpful and she did her job fairly well. At the end all the beds were by far way softer than I was looking for, meaning I do want to sleep on top of the bed vs sink in it, but for softer bed sleepers it might be a right choice. Do your homework about their beds and priced so you wont be shocked, also location is not actually inside the mall but outside in a separate building.

Worst experience and biggest headache I’ve ever had with sleep number.

Literally just left Sleep Number and Joyce was fabulous! We barely got in before closing time to purchase a new bed. She was kind and gracious even though it was late. She was super fun and made the process enjoyable. Highly recommend Joyce. Can’t wait to get our new bed!!!

The best beds in the world and service to match. Sales associates are friendly and patient. Unfortunately, because of the cost we couldnt afford anything- not even a pillow, but if you have the money, definitely the place to get a bed that will change your life.

In office excellent customer service and our delivery and set up were smooth. Best delivery people. Updated continuously on arrival time.

We waited 2 hours to get service while they serviced someone who came in after us and checkout took more than an hour. Then the day our bed was to arrive they called to reschedule as the didnt have all of the bed to deliver.

The lady we spoke to was very nice. They seem to have good mattresses with good payment plans.

Worse bed Ive ever owned and the customer service to return it was a horrible experience! Read the fine print because they dont give your money back right away if you dont like the bed and it will or can take over a month to get the money even though they quickly take it out of your checking account without any issues!!! Just remember whatever the sales person tells you is said twisted and the bed is just a glorified air mattress. We hated it and was extremely uncomfortable and we were told that it was because we didnt buy their pillow! 3,000$ bed and I need a 200$ pillow come on!!

Went to Sleep number this past Saturday in Merrillville and Evon was a great help. We are replacing our mattress with another one. They have many more mattress with many options.

We love our Sleep Number beds! Prices are high but worth it in the end. Its really nice being able to change how hard and how soft your bed is you kind of have to if you have a problem with weight fluctuations like I do.

Our sales representative was a EVON.. she was extremely knowledgeable about sleep habits and the benefits of the sleep number bed .She handled herself in a very professional manner and did an outstanding job..She is the kind of person anyone would like to have on their staff...if I could have got her to start working for me washing trucks.. she would work become a driver later on...Nice job EVON...Richard SampleSAMPLE Transportation Tervice LLC..

Older African American lady .... said she was Manager was very rude. I heard chatter from salesmen that delivery drivers often steal merchandise said a guy name Marcus is culprit sleep number be aware of how you are portrayed when customers are in the store.

Firstly Evon was AWESOME! Her knowledge of the sleep number was impeccable.We did our research on this bed however, until we went in the store and were shown how nice these beds truly are we didn’t have a clue.Evon answered all of our questions and let the product sell itself. They tell you everything you want to hear. Then when you want to change deliver date or different time you cant. And 200$ delivery charge !!!!!!! That ypu cant pick time !!!
